Perfect for a campervan! Midway was adorable- worth the detour, only wish I could have stayed longer. I needed a safe place to stay for an evening while driving back from dinosaur national monument to Portland. Gypsy's place was absolutely perfect- safe, secure, easy to find. The shower and full bathroom access was a major bonus after 4 days on the river. The property was adorable and I easily could have spent several days here relaxing and exploring the area. I hope to be back!!

Weekend Trip to The Store

We stayed in the Zen dome on the property. It's in a charming garden area. There is also a large common area building with a kitchen, bathroom/shower, and a lounge. This is accessible day or night. The owner showed us around and was very cordial and informative. We had a great stay. Unfortunately fire season dictates we couldn't have a campfire but no biggie in August. The dome is cool but it's not large. We brought two nice cots and the foot of my bag was sticking out the entrance a bit. There is no physical door, just a privacy curtain, so just keep that in mind. I'd recommend this little getaway for sure, if you are into petroglyphs and Fremont culture. Check out 9 mile canyon for all of that, and not a long drive the other way is Scofield reservoir which is fun for the summer water stuff. This was such a cute place to camp at! The bathroom was super clean and the mirror was nice to have in the morning. Sunset and sunrise views were incredible, and it was fun to explore the area a bit. I would definitely stay here again.

The directions Matt & Rachel provided were easy to follow, and the property was well-kept. We ended up switching to the Judah tent since another customer had canceled and Isaachar had a broken zipper that hadn't been repaired yet. It was a very peaceful place to spend the night!

The camp grounds are amid large and beautiful juniper trees, making for a distinctly strong Utah atmosphere and the yurt had everything you could possibly need while glamping. 10/10

4 nights at The Store

The zome is situated in the upper corner of the most magical desert garden. There are many places to sit in the garden, and each offers a gorgeous view of the garden and the cliffs in the background. The garden belongs to a historic building that's in the process of a restoration. The front porch of The Store offers a spectacular view of a huge valley. I loved spending time on the porch in the morning. The nearby town of Helper has a historic Main Street with a nice coffee shop, art galleries restaurants, and a museum. We also went to a fun dinosaur museum in Price, UT. But our main goal for the trip was to explore 9 Mile Canyon. The canyon is full of ancient treasures. So many petroglyphs, and a hike to a Fremont village. We had just enjoyed the work of modern artists in Helper, and our last day of the trip was panel after panel of ancient artwork. Side note: I would only recommend the zome to someone with good mobility, who can confidently walk across uneven, sandy paths. If you are unsure, there's also an Air BNB located inside The Store that might be a better option.

Weekend Trip to Raspberry Ranch

We had an amazing time camping at Raspberry Ranch! My fiancé, our friends, and I spent the weekend enjoying the incredible views. On Saturday, we visited Moon Lake, which was less than a 10-minute drive away. The water felt great, and the short distance allowed us to have more time to play in the sun! The host was incredibly kind and provided water and electricity for our trailer. We absolutely plan on going back, and we all highly recommend this place!

2 nights at Hope Acres Glampground

Such an awesome getaway! Took out all the difficult parts of camping, and made it so enjoyable! We had the Zebulon tent, and it was so cool inside! Being able to nap mid day with the solar powered AC was SO nice. Super fun! Very affordable! Totally want to come back here :)
