The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink. In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest. In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away. For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment. Weekend Trip to The Rockin Robbins Ranch

What a beautiful experience. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The weather was perfectly crisp and fall-like, and Lynnellen made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She shared fresh vegetables from her garden and repeatedly encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable, and we truly felt like we could. Each morning, she made us breakfast that left our bellies happy and full, and Sunday dinner was incredibly nourishing. The conversations we shared were filled with warmth and sincerity. You can tell Lynnellen is someone full of love and joy who genuinely wants to share it with others, and you can see that same spirit reflected in the people passing through her home. If you’re looking for a place that radiates community, love, and connection, this is it. Our hearts feel very full after just two days here. Highly recommended and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Lynnellen!

Long time Bed and Breakfast operation. They are a loving and generous family on a beautiful property. They share with you their magestic views of nature on this well loved place. They will welcome you into their home and ask that you make yourself comfortable. This magical spot has it all; a lively garden with chickens, song birds, dazzling sun rises and glorious sun sets. Finally, there are wonderful opportunities to tour the local mountains! We definitely would like to stay there again.

Weekend Trip to Tiny Shiny Escape, River Runs Thru!

It's a cozy little site, very quiet, next to a murmuring creek and a narrow footpath higher up into the beautiful nature where you can get wide views over the surrounding landscape. The host is very friendly, introduces you to the technical details and helps backing in the RV. Site is level, gravelled, between low trees/brushes. Can get cold in the night, even in August! :-)

This place was great! The sounds of the creek were nice. The host was great and very helpful. The hangout area behind our teardrop camper was a little small since we had our two dogs, but the road was great for walks with them so it worked out just fine. The spring down the road is delicious. Looks like there is a lot to do around the area, we were just stopping overnight on a road trip so didn’t have time for much.

Tight spot, but really nice spot by the river. There's a nice access to fresh spring water down the street. There's host was amazing, responding super quickly and with lots of information! No access to bathroom.
