Many wonderful memories have been made in this tiny house and it is now available as a short term rental for others to create their own memories. Unplug from technology and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The space This Tiny House on wheels measures 8’x 24’ at 180 square feet. It is very cozy and comfortable. We do live on the property with two small dogs (friendly) and chickens (contained). A privacy fence separates the homes. The drive way is shared by guests and property owners. Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. The living area has a futon couch that makes into a full size bed. There is a speaker available to listen to music but no television. Out doors you will find a propane bbq pit, fire pit, firewood, and sitting area to enjoy the nights sky after a long day of traveling or hiking. Guest access When you exit Hwy 12 onto Road 200 West our driveway is to your immediate left. You will see the Grover Getaway sign at the beginning of the driveway. Follow the drive up then around to your right, arrow will indicate the turn. There will be a lower and upper guest parking area both marked with signs. You can park in either spot.
