Sandy Utah Port

Property has large Canopy Port on site with very close access to the Cottonwood Canyons.  Port is 45ft long, 15ft wide and 12 ft wide with access to power.  Location is perfect for summer and winter activities including skiing, biking and climbing.  Vehicle will also be held in secure location behind gate

Horse Farm RV Site

The site is nestled in very special part of the Sandy suburbs, where every property has a mini farm. As you stroll these quiet tree-lined roads, you will discover horses, alpacas, chickens, and many other friendly RVers. With towering mountain views and golden sunsets, you will feel the campground vibes you are used to. 

Where we are, the pace is slow. We usually wake up to horse whinnies and fresh eggs from our chickens. Your friendly dogs and horses are welcome too. We have a paddock, terrace, firepit and some of the best mountain views in the valley. The site can accommodate up to 40ft, with additional with road parking for tow/toad vehicles. The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink. 

In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest. 

In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away. 

For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment. 

Sandy is home to Utah's hockey team and soccer teams, a training center for the Utah Jazz and a beautiful new Theatre with Broadway shows playing regularly. For kids/parents, there is a stunning aquarium, awesome indoor play centers and huge parks, pools and splash-pads.

Family Camping Mountain Paradise

Experience the breathtaking beauty of this mountain paradise nestled in Utah. Situated adjacent to the Wasatch Peaks Private ski resort, this property boasts unparalleled access to natural splendor. Surrounded by majestic 100-foot pine trees, it offers a serene escape with a riverside setting that's truly rare. Gather around the fire pit for unforgettable evenings under the stars. I provide two trailers that will comfortably sleep 11 people. Renting my recreational vehicles are also an option.  The trailers are all set up with bedding and sleeping accommodations, however because of the remote location we use outhouse instead of the trailers makes it possible to leave them on the mountain all summer.AT&T has incredible service at this spot to stay connected amidst the wilderness. Embrace off-grid living with no utilities, complemented by the convenience of an outhouse and gated entrance. You have to see this paradise in person to believe it! You could say it’s somewhat glamping because of all the amenities but you’ll feel like you never have before nature, the privacy and everything around you. There’s two massive fire pits, flat spots for tents, outdoor couch seating, it’s a great place to host a family gathering, big event, wedding, anything you can imagine. Shoot guns, play games, escape the city and to your spot in around 30 minutes from the mouth of Weber Canyon.

We are located in the rural city of Fairfield in Cedar Valley Utah. Macy's grocery store, fast food and gas located in Eagle Mountain 4.4 miles away. We are  in a semi arid area featuring a large gravel parking area - sewer hook-up, water, 50/30 amp power & lots of room for parking. Quiet country setting off Hwy 73. Nearby attractions:  1.5 miles to Camp Floyd/Stagecoach Inn State Park, (on the Pony Express trail), 4.5 miles to 5 Mile Pass OHV recreation area, 3.8 miles to Firefly wheels park (bicycle pump track, skate park, pickleball court and down hill bike trails).

Enchanted Urban "Tree House" for 5

Calling all travelers who want an escape from the mundane! 

Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". 

Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! 

On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self.

A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience. 

Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained.  

There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. 

The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. 

This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. 

The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment
