Recent flooding made quite a mess but it's still pleasant here.
Several friendly and permanent residents and farm animals.
Creek-side private campground hideaway available. This is a CAMPGROUND: NO RV, ROOM, BED, INVOLVED - BRING A TENT AND GEAR FOR COMFORT (check my other listings for an RV stay). This a "want to camp" campground and not a living solution. If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Not suitable for very young children. Please include your child in your count. Campfires in designated area only with permission (burn ban sometimes). Bring firewood.
Community vibe 'round here; everyone is expected to be quiet and respectful of one another and clean up after themselves "leave no trace" style. Six night maximum stay.
Bring a tent and gear needed to be comfortable. 2 private hot outdoor showers, rustic kitchen and 2 charming flush restrooms included. Wood fired sauna available. Visitors are expected to clean up after themselves especially in the kitchen, showers, restroom and, of course, your campsite. Trash and recycle containers are around or, better yet, pack it out!
We are a 2 acre community on a secret and secluded little street 5 miles due South of the capitol of TX and even closer (2.5) to the very hip SoCo area (Continental Club, Jo's Coffee, Guero's Taco Bar, El Mercado and lots more). I have 3 cats, 11 chickens, 2 little donkeys and sweet 4 mini goats here at my little and funky 'farmette' right on Williamson Creek (sometimes flowing and not really swimmable) and next to a huge wooded greenbelt with a quiet and unused nature trail. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. No wild or excessive partying here please and please remember: no smoking. WE NOW HAVE A COVERED PING-PONG PLAYING AREA !

Street parking. Camping is a very short walk from parking lot. We have carts to tote your gear if needed. Sorry, this campground is not set up to be able to park next to your site. We do not supply towels, toiletries, tents or bedding.
Camp fire in designated fire pits only with approval. BYO Firewood. NO GENERATORS OR RECORDED MUSIC. Quiet time: 9PM-9AM. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors.

This a "want to camp" campground and not a living solution. If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Community vibe 'round here; everyone is expected to be quiet and respectful of one another and clean up after themselves "leave no trace" style. Six night maximum stay.

We are a 2 acre community on a secret and secluded little street 5 miles due South of the capitol of TX and even closer (2.5) to the very hip SoCo area (Continental Club, Jo's Coffee, Guero's Taco Bar, El Mercado and lots more). I have 3 cats, 11 chickens, 2 little donkeys and sweet 4 mini goats here at my little and funky 'farmette' right on Williamson Creek (sometimes flowing and not really swimmable) and next to a huge wooded greenbelt with a quiet and unused nature trail. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. No wild or excessive partying here please and please remember: no smoking. WE NOW HAVE A COVERED PING-PONG PLAYING AREA !

Street parking. Camping is a very short walk from parking lot. We have carts to tote your gear if needed. Sorry, this campground is not set up to be able to park next to your site. We do not supply towels, toiletries, tents or bedding.

🍷 White House Winery & Biergarten — Vineyard Stay in the Heart of the Hill Country
Pull up your camper, pour a glass, and unwind under the Texas stars at White House Winery & Biergarten — a relaxed vineyard retreat perfectly placed along the famous Highway 290 Wine Trail, halfway between Fredericksburg and Johnson City (just 15 minutes each way).
Set up camp overlooking our adjacent vineyard and working farm, where you might spot cows and horses grazing across the fence and catch golden-hour sunsets glowing over the rose garden. Evenings come alive with string lights, lawn games, firepits, and outdoor living areas made for slow sipping and good conversation.
On weekends, our tasting rooms are open for wine and beer flights featuring local Texas reds, whites, and small-batch brews from the West Wing Brewery.

There is an option for everyone needing a place to make a home base in the hill country be it a house rental, an rv spot or a tent! We stayed in a remote tent spot and had a very enjoyable experience. The community showers and restroom space was really nice to have. An especially great location for Pedernales Falls State Park visitors. We’ll definitely recommend this place and hopefully get to come stay again sometime.

As a family of four adults, we enjoyed our stay at North Cove Star. It was a private and peaceful environment. It was close enough to downtown Llano with a good choice of restaurants. The dome had all the necessary amenities. Joel, the host, thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Had a rough night after leaving a previously booked site that we were not too fond of. Booked this property because we didn't want to drive all the way back to Austin and pulled into a tent site at night and was skeptical of the property due to the site's being so close. Oh what a surprise we got in the morning! Turns out that the tent and primitive sites are pretty dispursed. We have a pop up tent on my truck and we probably should have booked a primitive site but being close to the showers was awesome. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic host and fantastic place to visit! We went for New Years and it was empty which we really enjoyed. I can imagine they get busy during the summer. The cabins are very nice and the restaurant was an added perk when we were tired and didn't want to cook. We'll be back!

This camp is honestly just so cool. If you are looking for a sanitized, predictable campground I would not recommend this camp but if youre looking for something unique and awesome I would 100% recommend it. It certainly was a different experience for me but everyone here is awesome to meet and talk to.

Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232
This is my second time staying at Ranch 3232 and I loved it even more. Getting there from Austin is super easy and convenient. The campsite is always beautiful and well maintained. There is a kitchen shack with lots of pots and pans, cups, mugs, silverware, a coffee pot, and an electric hot water kettle. This site has the best of both worlds rustic and convenient.

This is such a gem inside the city. A little urban oasis. The layout is big enough that you feel like you have your own space, but you never have to walk for to get to the amenities. Its cozy, charming and feels very welcoming. I would come back to Austin just to stay here.

Great little spot to park your RV that's close to Fredericksburg. Right off highway 290. Brandon was helpful and made us feel welcome. We loved waking up to the view of the vineyards!
One thing to note... The power is a 50 amp outlet. If your RV needs a 30 amp outlet, make sure you have the proper adapter. (Walmart stocks them for $10-$20)

Colin’s land was beautiful & peaceful. I loved the spots on site 11, not close to others & still able to have privacy. What stood out the most was Colin, very understanding & helpful through our trip. I will most definitely come back & bring more people to enjoy the scenery & campground. Llanos river was beautiful as well, & stocked with trout.
