Wonderful, quiet place to stay. Hosts were great, Eddie is friendly and respectful. Made sure I had firewood and gate access. Very clean out toilet close by. Quick communication, Rod is very responsive. First time solo camping and as a woman alone, I felt safe! Once I went to bed I never heard anyone. Just quiet and peaceful. My site was slightly off the road; serene area with fire pit. Electric outlet. Some sites have 30 amps or 15 amps for hookups.

Weekend Trip to Tara Vineyard & Winery estate

Had an awesome tent camping experience here at Tara Vineyard and Winery! First of there are adorable animals 💜. Secondly the bathroom amenities were super clean! Note that the shower is an outdoor shower so be sure to bring a bathing suit to shower in. The shower water was lukewarm, but honestly didn’t bother me. Overall had a great time camping here. Sadly, we didn’t make time to try out the winery, but guess we’ll have to come back and try it out! The charcuterie boards looked amazing though 😍!

We loved staying at this spot. Seeing the goats, donkeys, and chickens was a highlight of the trip for my kids. The family was very helpful and kind. It is a beautiful property with the rv spot next to a second garage. Easy access to the city. We would love to stay there again if we passed through. I definitely had to double check the camper before leaving to make sure my kiddo didn’t try to smuggle a goat or two home because they were so cute. Thanks so much it was a trip to remember.

We loved staying at Barry’s! We spent two nights at the Barry’s essentials campsite that included a nice tent, air mattress, picnic table, fire pit, water and electricity. We had access to a shared indoor restroom and outdoor shower. The grounds are beautiful, and there was all of the firewood we could ever want! We spent our last night at the Doris “Glamper” and it was awesome! It was cute, had a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, a homey kitchen with cooking essentials, fridge, stove and microwave, and a nice sized living room. The air conditioners also worked great - and we didn’t need it, but there was also an electric fireplace that would be great on a cold night. The outside spaces all over the property are so welcoming and inviting, we loved the fun chairs and hammocks around the property, the beautiful plants and trees and artistic touches all over. The game room and crow’s nest were fun bonuses! Barry is so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! He sang us a few songs by the fire on our last night and we enjoyed talking and sharing stories. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing time, whether in the primitive camping areas, glampers to the private rooms - there’s something for everyone!

4 nights at A Little Piece of Paradise

This little slice of heaven was fantastic! The tub and the shower were an out-of-body experience. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! We enjoyed daily walks around the acreage, including the pier over the pond with the glass bottom and the sweet ponies who loved pets. The floor in the cabin was astounding. Many various materials and colors are beautifully patchworked around the entire cabin. It does make it inaccessible for people with mobility issues (but there aren’t any accessible entrances to the cabin either). Gilberto responded quickly and worked hard to make the space very welcoming. We will definitely be back and have already suggested it to several friends.
