The property borders a small creek and has abundant trees, and wildlife. Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)!
Guests are required to communicate estimated time of arrival well in advance. When arriving, make sure to meet Aaron or a designate at the red gate before entering further into the property. If tent camping, please do not bring glass containers, also you must pack out all garbage and waste. Me and my family loved it. Real nice and quiet place, the fire pit, the tent, and had almost everything you need, such as a table, chairs, even an hammock. There is not much to wonder around but is cozy, so you shouldn’t need to. The only thing is that the restroom is not super close, so the only thing I would’ve brought was a portable potty for easy going.

My wife and I had an amazing time at The Magnolia. Jennifer and her husband were super friendly and treated us with kindness. They greeted us and gave us a short intro.
The set up in the tent house was full of thought and essentials. Flashlights, towels, matches, and first aid kit. They also had some outdoor games. Along with coffee cups and a French press! ☕️
We also bought some eggs and they were DELICIOUS! The eggs are a must! It completes the experience. 🍳
Our dog had an amazing time outdoors and really enjoyed his time out there! 🐾
I would recommend if it’s your first time glamming!

I think I found a hidden gem for the price of a piece of coal. This camp ground thought of it all. Clean, convenient, and quiet. I was able to relax and reorganize in the midst of my trip. I will definitely mark this as a place to stop again. Tip: book through hip camp for the deal.
The address takes you across the street onto a narrow road. Watch for their sign.

Weekend Trip to Outpost 203 - Camp & Glamp
This place is well maintained and very lovely. Evenly spaced out from other campers. Tons of sticks to collect for a good fire, sorry if we cleared all of them out 🤣. The pirate ship is a good touch. Would highly recommend spending a few days here. We camped peacefully full of laughter and joy at the "zen den" only recommendation would be to put a strand of lights on the string for the front of the tent, at night it was hard to see it and would hate for anything to happen to a person or even the owners property. Other than that its a very warming and lovely place. Btw listen for the donkey and geese I had a good conversation with them. Thank you for an excellent stay and we are looking forward to doing it again one day!!

Finding the Magnolia is a little tricky with Google maps (it just pinned it as part of a school district!) but the bumpy drive is worth it. The camping area is tucked around behind the barn, so you don't even notice the family home. The tent is super cute, the hammock chairs comfy, and the star-viewing? Superb. It won't be for everyone, but Jennifer gives all the details in the listing, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the bathroom facilities are rustic. Overall, a lovely experience.
p.s. we got to cuddle with absolutely adorable outdoor cats during our stay, which was 10/10 for all participants!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Outpost 203, renting the Vintage Camper, and I can't recommend this experience enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming retro design of the camper, which offered a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The camper was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy our time in nature. Waking up surrounded by the sounds of the forest was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The nearby hiking trails and beautiful scenery provided endless opportunities for exploration and adventure.
In the evenings, we gathered around the campfire, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows, all while soaking in the stunning starlit sky. The sense of community at Outpost 203 was evident, with fellow campers sharing tips and experiences, adding to the overall charm of our stay.
