• Respectful Conduct: All licensees and their guests must treat other licensees, park staff, and park property with respect. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in license revocation, with or without prior warning, depending on the severity.
• Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please minimize

• There are 52 spacious RV sites with full hookups (water, sewer, electric), so whether it’s a short weekend or a longer stay, it has what RVers need. 
• Amenities include open-water swimming, fishing, scuba diving, picnic grounds and BBQ spots—great for fun days out. 
• Shaded areas and lake views give things some peaceful charm, especially for relaxing or evening gatherings. 
• It’s family friendly and able to accommodate groups, family reunions, picnics, etc.
General Policies
• NO Drugs: Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited on park property. Any licensee or guest found in violation of this rule will result in immediate license revocation and removal from the premises. Management will notify law enforcement of any illegal activities as required by Texas law.
• Speed Limit: All vehicles must maintain a speed of 5 mph or less throughout the Park area. Violation may result in immediate license revocation.
• Site Visits: Management may inspect RV sites and common areas at any time without notice. Violations must be corrected within 36 hours. Failure to do so may result in license revocation.
• Respectful Conduct: All licensees and their guests must treat other licensees, park staff, and park property with respect. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in license revocation, with or without prior warning, depending on the severity.
• Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please minimize

Stella Mare is a very nice location, very clean or organized! Staff are very nice and welcoming.
One thing to note is that there isn't tons to offer, but they do keep their pool open year around, they have a pool heater which is cool.
They have a bar but it wasn't open the whole time we stood there.
I hope they work on offering more stuff for us RV folks :)

Our experience at the place was spectacular. It should be noted that there "THERE ARE BATHROOMS", THERE ARE also SHOWERS. The attention was spectacular. The place is very clean. I just want to emphasize that the entrance is until 7pm. So if you plan to go camping you must arrive before 7pm. I recommend this place 100%

What a beautiful park like setting! Plenty of space for our Motorhome and toad. Wonderful animals and small petting zoo. Owners are very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay and it was far above our expectations.

My dog and I enjoyed a quiet peaceful visit to Magnolia Gardens and were so relaxed walking along the San Jacinto River while the train made its way across the old trestle bridge at the far end of the park. Very nice place and the sunset over the river was icing on the cake! Thanks!
