The Mabry boat ramp will be accessible the full time. Waterfront RV Port on Bolivar Peninsula. Has water, sewer, and electric with a new 20-30-50 amp panel. Covered RV spot with a screen porch. Property is fenced and dogs are welcome. The screened porch needs a bit more work but we ate there in the evenings without being swarmed by mosquitoes which is the way evenings at the coast do be. There is a dining table with chairs in the porch, and some patio chairs to use on the property. They are really great to sit on the dock! Also have a charcoal grill and a crab trap for you to use. (You need a fishing license and bait. Chicken bones works great!) Plenty of birding and fishing on the peninsula. Community fishing area is on the end of both Van Sant and Mabry, Mabry has a boat ramp. Beach Access via community gate at end of street. Combination for those will be shared in arrival instructions. Spot is a residential lot... It is 60 x 130. I know it says 1 acre but that is the smallest hipcamp will show. Two sides have other RV spots. One is a rental, the other is used by some pretty cool and quiet folks. The back side fronts on the water. You will probably see more seagulls and purple martins than people. We have weekly discounts. Message me and I can go over them because the Hipcamp platform makes them difficult. It works out to approximately 7 nights for the price of 5.
