Our goal is to provide a sanctuary focused on Healthy Living, Recovery, Music, Praise, Animal Stewardship, Gardening, Zero-Point and Alternative Energy and Self Sufficiency. Recovery and Serenity in the Heart of the Austin - Texas Hill Country Wine Trail. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONGER PLACE TO SETTLE as we welcome WWOOF arrangements and longer-stay discounts. We welcome healers of all manners here to join in our quest to create Cosmic Christ Consciousness and Heaven on Earth. 💗 We follow the Terrain Theory, preventative approach to the well-being of our “Living Water” body temple. ☀️ We are building a lifestyle-based intentional eco-community in alignment with vegan, vegetarian and holistic practices. 🏗️ Our unrestricted land allows us to bring innovative architecture and permaculture practices into reality. Our Sanctuary includes a young garden and organic orchard. The Eye of the Storm is a spiral labyrinth, inspired in part by the giant spiral at Calico Basin in Red Rock National Conservation Area just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the featured part of a small Peace Garden and the larger Seed of Life intentional Essene community retreat center. At the center of the 32 foot wide limestone labyrinth are Nikola Tesla inspired coiled copper pipes topped with double terminated crystals to create a positive energy vortex. The labyrinth was installed in the Summer of 2022 and officially opened on International Peace Day 2022. It is listed on the World Wide Labyrinth Locator. Numerous Energy Vortices connect underground within a rough triangular region between Austin, San Antonio and Llano, Texas. One of the largest outcroppings is called Enchanted Rock, a massive pink granite dome rising above Central Texas. The vortex energy spreads out south and eastwards from this special State protected Natural Area. The energy flows through telluric Ley Lines that cross over the Edwards Aquafer – one of the most prolific aquifers in the world – which spouts countless healing springs. At the very center of this energy vortex area lies the Texas Wine Trail between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The Seed of Life Sanctuary is along this highway and at the VERY center of this zone. Gather for sacred ceremony on our Main Stage or in Ceremonial Ground on a magnificent splay of Limestone and Crystal-Rich granite. This outcropping is alongside a year-round spring-fed creek. Underneath the massive, ancient lava magma lava flow granite river rocks are large crystals, quartz, topaz and tourmaline. Standing barefoot on the rock you can feel the energy emanating upward.

Boulderdash Cabin & RV Park
11 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents5 acres · Bandera, TXHello, I’m Carol-anne, my husband Lyn and I spent several years searching for a Hill Country hideout. After not being able to find anything that would meet our needs we had all but given up on the idea. So we decided we should just buy ourselves an RV and go wherever the wind blew us. In 2016 we did just that! We bought ourselves “The Land Yacht” as I have come to call our Heartland Cyclone. We spent 2016 and 2017 touring the country. In February 2017 we decided to attend the “Cowboy Mardi Gras” in Bandera, TX and found a great spot to camp on Lake Medina. My dad joined us on that trip and I think we all kind of fell in love with the place! Lyn and I (always dreaming) decided to look and see what sort of real estate there was around the lake. We have always argued about lake vs. river. Lyn likes the lake and I like the river. Anyway, after some searching online we decided to go up in person one day and just “look”. Well.......long story short. The first place we looked at was Boulderdash, it met all our needs. Boulderdash came complete with 3 acres on the river at the mouth of Lake Medina. It had a cabin already on it that was built in 2009 and 5 RV hookups. PERFECT! We listed the cabin as a vacation rental and started to refurbish the RV hookups and sites, 5 years later we are retired here and continuing to make improvements. We named it Boulderdash because of the huge boulders out front and because Boulderdash is defined as “Something that does not have or make sense”. Which was perfectly suited to this endeavor! The idea was just to pay the property taxes with the cabin rental until we could retire and build our home. The lot next to ours became available so we purchased it. Boulderdash continues to exceeded our expectations and has become a place full of fun memories, not only for ourselves but for whomever visits.
