I had the chance to catch 13 bass, all a good size, including two surprises that were close to 8 pounds. We named the biggest one Rocky.

Wonderful land/spot. Wonderful host. They had quick and amazing communication. They met us at the gate and showed us to our spot. Super friendly people! The land was nice, secluded, and clean.
The listing here says not bathrooms which is technically true but there is a porta potty that they take good care of. So that was a nice surprise. Close to a whattaburger incase you arrive late and are super hungry. (Its the only thing open super late)
We got there at midnight and they were okay with that. I was super anxious about getting there so late but they were so kind and understanding.
Amazing experience. Id definitely come back if we are going through Texas again.

Sam and Sarah were very attentive and passionate about their land and the sites. We enjoyed the little red barn and were able to purchase a few dozen fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm. We stayed at 14 and 15 with our group. We loved the mix of sun and shade and the privacy with these sites. Our kids had a blast and everyone has agreed we want to go back. We even got visited by a camp kitty and he was very sweet and we fell in love with him along with the location. The winery had an amazing patio na view and loved the tasting. Honestly the pictures just don’t do the location justice.

Loved getting a break from the city. The trails are nice to walk and maybe bring the dogs. Though I was a bit surprised to see so many people there. We were on the dispersed site, west of creek, and there were about 5 other rigs setup there. Only wished we could have explored more of the property or even the winery.
