Dove Ridge Vineyard is around the corner. Lake Weatherford and the new floating walking bridge is about 2 miles. Creekside Grill has excellent lunch and dinner if you don’t feel like cooking and Door Dash is also delivering to the area! Come and visit or stay a while!

We are also collector's of vintage RV's and currently have various vintage trailers and motorhomes on the property. There are horses and longhorn cattle that roam the 12 acres. We have added RV spaces to share the ranch experience with others. Be sure to visit the hey shed where you can visit with animals up close and feed them. Eagle Mountain Lake is only 2 miles away and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. We do have some full time residents as well.

The boondocking sites are spaced far apart. There is a gate and Eddie keeps an eye on the property, so it feels very safe. It's only minutes to get to Mansfields downtown area. Rod was responsive with communication. I'm planning to stay here again. FYI - they have sites with electricity and really good shade. I just chose to boondock.

The camp grounds are very nice and fairly well thought out. A little difficult to know where to go but once you figure out the layout it's a little easier. I love that it was just a short walk from most of the campsites to the restrooms. A little more info about what to expect and also where the showers were located would help. Showers were fair except the wooden backsplash was kinda gross. Oh well. I'm just glad there were showers with hot water etc. Would def recommend and will def return

We were very close to the showers and the toilet. There was a large trashcan right at the campsite. Even though the hipcampers were relatively close to one another in proximity, the cedar grove of trees provided a lot of privacy, it was very peaceful and quiet the Sat night we stayed.

The water park was inactive due to the off season, and staying here made us want to come back when the park is fully operational. Great location only about 16 min to the Stockyards. We loved it! Walt and Mrs. Walt at the tasting room were very nice hosts. Beautiful ranch, awesome wine and pizza, great spot to set up the rv. Peace & Quiet. Cell service is in and out…but that’s just fine. It’s not a high end RV Park with all the bells and whistles but it IS a high end place to visit. Highly recommend a stay with the good people at 4R.

Wonderful, quiet place to stay. Hosts were great, Eddie is friendly and respectful. Made sure I had firewood and gate access. Very clean out toilet close by. Quick communication, Rod is very responsive. First time solo camping and as a woman alone, I felt safe! Once I went to bed I never heard anyone. Just quiet and peaceful. My site was slightly off the road; serene area with fire pit. Electric outlet. Some sites have 30 amps or 15 amps for hookups.

Weekend Trip to Northlake Village RV Park

My family and I were in town for a few days and booked this RV site because our usual place was full. We showed up after hours but the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. The park was really full but surprisingly quiet. Park staff were super friendly; we recommend and would say here again.
