This is a great property with a lot of potential for adventure. You can burn almost everything around responsibly. There is a lot of firewood. Right now there are no bathrooms or facilities of any kind except for a small goat shed. there is a ton of scrap metal and random random things in a pile great for digging and scrapping in all free. Finders keepers.
There are some really old giant trees on the property. One is probably the largest tree I have ever seen in Collin County. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the back and sort of a swappy pond in the front.
The Prairie in the front is some sort of different grass than usual. It might be native buffalo grass or something else weird like that.
The property needs a lot of cleanup, so I would make a good to work campers or groups wanting a working party. The land could use some work, I could contribute a lot of free beer and food to people cleaning up the place before I build my house.

Surrounding country neighbors and their beautiful animals, birds of all species and other little fun creatures that love to make appearances while singing at times peacock ,roosters. Great spot even if you’re traveling passing through with horses or cattle. 10 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants and 25 minutes to Lake Tawakoni or Lake Ray Hubbard which offer restaurants with a dining patio lake view and other amenities of this beautiful lake, with a skyline view of Dallas and surrounding city's events and attractions just 20 to 30 minutes away. 10 minutes to the famous Buc-ees And the drag strip for all you hot rod lovers is 5 mins away Poseidon Raceway park.

Weekend Trip to Glamp like a Champ
Really loved this place. Would visit again with family and friends. It’s very peaceful. Sunsets are beautiful. Jeff is really a great host. Jeff will be one text or call away if we need anything. I would recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing visit.enjoyed staying there.

My son and grandson loved tent camping at this beautiful, private, and peaceful place. Campsites are widely spaced so there's no noisy neighbors right beside you, or humming generators all night.

Weekend Trip to Beaver’s pond
5 stars! We loved this place—the location was great, and it was quiet and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the host was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time coming here and we are convinced this is our new recurring spot. Rick's land is so peaceful and full of beautiful camping spots that we're excited to keep exploring. Rick is always so attentive, helpful and so sweet to us, making our stay extra special. The horses and donkeys are a dream and makes the experience even more magical. Nice spot. Easy in easy out. Be great in warmer months to hang out a bit longer. We stopped for an overnight that was safe. This fitted our needs. Will remember this one on future trips thru. Recommended for a good stop. Lots of room to yourself and fun firepit area.

We loved our stay, it was so fun! Well stocked cabin, we loved staying warm with the wood stove. We’re so glad there was plenty of fire wood ready for us to use. Our dogs loved running around the cabin. We caught bass and blue gill in the pond. I think as long as you’re prepared for an off grid stay, you’ll have a great time!

This spot is such a gem. We loved meeting the goats and chickens and seeing how lovingly curated they have made this space. Jeffrey was so kind and a wealth of knowledge about farming and gardening. Our dog had a ball playing frisbee with enough space to really run, and the RV was so spacious! Beautiful night of bon firing under the stars. We will definitely be back <3

It’s our first time to go camping w my son and discovered this serene and lovely cabin. Just fire up the generator and everything will light up for you and water overflows! I love the bed and the blankets, the books (esp ‘The Living on the Rugged edge’ by Charles Swindoll); small items like the mobile phone reset pin is there! Twas a really good rest w nature plus fishing time too. This is my dream cabin in the future. Well, overall we would like to recommend this for a good bonding time w your son. In fact, we are extending our stay for few more days. Thanks Sir Serapio, our host, for the kind help and excellent communication skills. He is always available everytime I have a question. Thanks again!

My family and I had a great time! Rick was a perfect host. We mentioned wanting to do some fishing, so he put us near the pond. We were able to catch some decent-sized largemouth bass and bluegill. At our camp, we were visited by many of the animals roaming around. Willie and Doc really enjoyed hanging around our camp.

We had a fabulous time at the cabin! It was a beautiful lake and a very comfortable sleeping arrangement as well as plenty of firewood. I wish the grill would have worked or had propane in it but other than that everything was dandy! Thank you Serapio!!

Rick was such an amazing host, so welcoming, kind and full of great stories. The camping experience was so peaceful and we can’t wait to come back.
