Established 1996, The farm is situated just minutes from Magnolia-Silos, the Dr. Pepper museum, Baylor University, the Texas Ranger museum, BSR Waterpark, the Waco Mammoth National Monument (US National Park Service), and plenty of magnificent restaurants.
There are no power lines over the property so I invite you to bring a kite to fly! You may even see one or two of mine in the sky. The theme of Coyote Creek Farm is tranquility. It is camping without someone crowding into your space. It is freedom from the hectic pace of the city.
There is a well maintained Compost Toilet on the property as well! Each individual campsite has a portable potty bucket provided. Nearly any spot you are on has an amazingly delightful view. You can see the sun rise over the trees or the sun set behind a gently sloping hill. You will have access to all of the 30 acres. There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

The space

Our 1955 Traveleze was born and raised in Los Angeles just before getting a makeover and retiring to Texas at the age of 62-years-young. The bed is a comfortable futon opposite a padded bench seat with storage underneath with extra linens, just in case. You'll find all the pillows, sheets, and comforter in the small closet to the right of the bathroom door (the one with the clocks on it).
The bathroom with shower, toilet, and extras is located at the end of the trailer behind the door with the mirror. One of the coolest pieces in the trailer is the original 1950's gas stove - that still works! Just turn on the gas and use the lighter to light the flame (let us know if you if you need help).The A/C and the electric water heater work very well.
We have a dedicated parking spot for your vehicle right next to the trailer or you can park on the street, whichever you prefer. The trailer is stationed in the back corner of our backyard, but is fenced off from the rest of the yard for your privacy. There are no working security cameras on the premises.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a mid-size trailer, so the shower and bed are small and may not be comfortable for guests over 5' 10". The trailer is 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and about six feet and three inches tall on the inside.

A nice area for resting in the evening, with pretty wildflowers under the trees. We enjoyed the deck for breakfast, too. There was no city noise. Getting our RV in place and hooked up was easy. Regena is very friendly and conscientious. We will stay again when we are in the area. We had planned to do a scavenger hunt with the grandkids, but ran out of time this trip… maybe next time.

Really awesome place, beautiful property. I really enjoyed the reclaimed and colorful aesthetic. One of the best hosts ever; super laid back, friendly, and very helpful. I initially asked for a primitive site and a pop up storm hit; the owner was quick to put me in a camper at no extra cost. The community areas were awesome to have; full amenities all the way around readily available regardless of what campsite you chose, laundry, showers, and toilets are still readily available. Clean and comfortable stay. 10 out of 10 stars, glowing review; one of the best travel stay experiences I've ever had.

The property was very unique. The gentleman that runs the place was very nice and kind and showed us around. The place was equipped with cooking supplies stove top refrigerator freezer. There was a shower indoors, but there was also a shower outdoors in the shower outdoors was better than the one indoors. I’ve never showered outside before, but it was actually very nice. You could tell the guy put a lot of work into that property. It was a memorable experience.

Drove the Brinkley Z2810 up from San Antonio. Met up with Father and Bro-in-law from Dallas. Beautiful drive into Tony’s place. Low canopy on the way in, but light brush that doesn’t harm the fifth wheel. Met Melanie upon arrival at 7pm, super nice. Met Tony on Friday - he works weekends. Super nice. Gorgeous place. Was in spot 5. The absolute perfect spot. Bring an inverter generator, fill a fresh water tank upon arrival. Try to post up in the shade. River fishing was a dud, wish we brought a raft to hit the other side. They actually may have some for rent. Lots of boating traffic, surprisingly, but not intrusive. Watch for fire ants. If you are a road biker, the road is awesome for a shaded ride. Almost a tunnel of trees. Smooth for cycling tires after you get away from the entry to the camp - head towards Rio Vista. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful property sites are big clean and long. River was also nice. We couldn’t have asked for a nice area to call our home for a couple of days. Our only issue was the trees being too low so we had to move over to the next site and park further away so we couldn’t hook up to sewer. Our Verizon cell service was also spotty. We did enjoy the area. We visited Mammoth Monument National Park, Heritage park and the Dr Pepper museum. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend it.

Took my lady here for her birthday and she had a blast. The Daisy cabin is very nice and very clean, Barry's property is so pretty and he is an amazing host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to have a unique experience and looking to get away from the stresses of life for little bit.

3 nights at Coyote Creek Farm
My friend and I spent three nights at one of the campsites on Coyote Farms. Regina was everything you could hope for in a hostess. She checked on us every day, including during a hailstorm, to make sure we were alright. There's a stocked pond for fishing and a grassy trail that winds around the property for hiking. Lots of shade to park under and for pitching tents. Each campsite had a trash can, compost potty, a fire pit, and a wooden picnic table. The fields were full of blooming wildflowers, so pretty. It's a great place to take kids camping or let your dogs run free. We had a great time there. I highly recommend it,

I had an awesome experience at the Bee Mountain River resort. We camped right by the river and even though it rained all day, we were prepared enough not to let the weather spoil our trip. The whole property is absolutely beautiful and we loved listening to the sound of the birds, looking at the river and sipping a cup of matcha in the morning. Pure bliss! We will definitely be coming back for more tent campings.

The area was even better than the photos. Our camping area was quite secluded, the loads of fire wood were generous, the area was well kept and clean. The river was larger than I thought it would be with plenty of space and areas to explore in the kayaks. Overall a very enjoyable visit.
