Camp Cold Springs is a newly renovated RV park situated on 14 acres along the Frio river with approximately 450 feet of Frio river frontage. Located 2 miles north of Garner State Park at 1101 Cold Spring Ranch Rd Concan, TX, we offer 50 full hookup RV sites with 30 and 50-amp connections available at every site. We have pull-through and back-in sites that either live in the shade or soak up the sun. There are two private river access points on the property for guests that lead you down to the cool, refreshing, gorgeous Frio River. Alongside the river, you will notice our spring-fed pond where many of our junior campers enjoy fishing. Great location! The river was awesome to fish and the property was pretty clean. Only complaint were dogs barking but it died down after sunset.

My fiance and I stayed in Forest 2, it was our first time camping and we loved it. The spot was secluded and felt quiet, not far from the restrooms either. Deer would occasionally be around the site at night time while we slept, we didn't mind, but recommended to have food stored away properly and have the trash thrown. We also went fishing by the river and saw some nice fish, the water was nice and clear. Overall awesome experience.

Amazing hidden gem on a beautiful river!!! Great facilities and accommodations. We stayed at Forest 2 secluded camp spot. The camp was full while we were there with about 90% occupancy but we still felt pretty secluded. River access is unbeatable. Some local stores nearby and close to Bandera for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return.

Cool spot near tons of Texas’s beautiful nature spots to explore . This camp has cool accommodations and shared community spaces. We stayed at campsite 1 and felt secluded and loved the clean tent pad sites. We also added firewood to our reservation and it was piled up nicely at campsite upon arrival. Great host.

Loved visiting this gorgeous land. The water is so beautiful I only wish there was more of it 🥲 AMAZING star gazing, bathrooms are very clean and well kept! Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as puppers are gonna do what puppers do 🐶 Will definitely be coming back! Thanks so much!

We love the campsite. We came back the second time. It has a lot of space for all our equipment to spread out. The river right next to the cliff is crisp and clear. While we were there, other campers caught decent-sized fish. The shower and restroom facilities are clean and available.

Seco. campgrounds was so cute ! they have Wi-Fi with in the communal kitchen . The bathrooms are nearby and there are cute chickens and goats. Woody greeted us upon arrival and made sure that we were comfortable. I would def recommend this for a campgrounds close to Lost Maples

Such a nice spot on the water, just steps away to crystal clear water with plenty of fish, shallow enough to where the dogs could swim and stand. The host was really accommodating to our needs and made the experience really easy going. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The campsite was absolutely beautiful! I loved having some of the everyday comforts, while getting the outdoor camping feel. It was nice not being too far from town as we did realize we forgot to bring some items. Overall loved this place and will return in the future.
