This site requires a second vehicle to "run around" in. Due to its location, we cannot allow the RV to be driven in and out regularly. The site is designed to have the RV parked and set up, with a second vehicle used for day-to-day transport. Sorry, no exceptions. Your daily driver has a dedicated, covered parking spot nearby. The site has a private 10'x40' covered area next to the RV site for cooking, playing, and enjoying our East Tennessee lightning bugs and thunderstorms. The covered area has a dining table and chairs, a pellet smoker, an outdoor sink, and a refrigerator/freezer. All outdoor spaces other than your private spaces are shared with our 4 on-site rental cabins. The entrance gate is narrow at 9'6" wide. The Site is best suited for a pull-on, back-out. A tow-behind trailer would need to be backed into the site and the curbside door would be opposite the barn. The site includes water, sewer, high speed WIFI, and trash. Electricity is included up to $30/week, and will be billed $.20/kWh over.

The Kiefer Campground (Knoxville Campground) was a terrific location. Clinton is a great town itself, but we were also only 20 minutes from Knoxville. The campground was well organized, had lots of great recreational options (pool, volleyball, kids playground), and lots of places to walk our pups, other than the enclosed dog area. The location was far enough from the road to be quiet, but easy to get back on the highway. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the Knoxville area.

Great host, always quick to respond to any questions. The Farms has the animals well taken care of, my son enjoy them very much. Everything very clean. We really loved it. The RV full hookups were easy to access, just you will need a converter to 50amp if you don’t have just yet. Thanks again!
