It was nice to stay somewhere out of the ordinary. My daughter loved the trampoline tent. The waterfall was beautiful. The host was incredibly nice and the property was peaceful.

A great place to stay when visiting Winchester! The cabin provides all of the amenities you need to stay comfortable while also giving you that "camping" feel. Highly recommend!

Dreamy place. The waterfall lulled us to sleep every night. Our dwelling, The Beech Tree House, was a hand built repurposed tree house with all the comforts of home. We saw wildflowers, wildlife and Luna moths… and rumor has it there are fairies living there too!

Beautiful views and very private, a fun drive in on their land, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was a great site and easy to get to! Grant was great and gave us lots of great information for the area both food, hiking, and local recommendations. We loved our stay and would come back! Highly recommend!

This is a really beautiful property, very peaceful and lots of great options for camping in unique facilities. Host was very responsive and facilities are in great shape!

3 nights at The Falls at Sewanee Creek

Me and my son had so much fun on this trip. It was a little cold but we made it through. And we enjoyed cooking out over the charcoal/wood grill. And an amazing view of the water fall near by. We loved are stay and would come back again. Thank you for the stay Grant.

This was our second time staying on Grants beautiful property in the mountains of Tracy city! It seems to get better every time we visit. We brought our 8 month old son, Arlo, and it was his very first camping trip!! Grant and his wife are such genuine and kind people, they truly go out of their way to make your experience special and memorable. The property could be a state park itself, we spent several hours exploring the mountainside and admiring Miller Falls. Our campsite was huge, clean, and perfectly situated to view the sunset. This won’t be our last time camping on Grants property, and we so look forward to returning!

Beautiful spot with plenty of space to yourself and a short walk to the waterfall. Grant was accommodating and puts a lot of effort into making this an awesome place to stay

Our stay was short, but our experience was great! We stayed in the Beech Treehouse where we were very cozy sleeping through a thunderstorm. The waterfall sang to us all night and was a spectacular sight in the morning. Around the treehouse grounds we enjoyed seeing toads, turtles, squirrels and birds, birds, birds. The treehouse itself is well appointed and the hospitality of hosts Grant and Becky made our little overnight a joy.

We stayed at the Outdoor Kitchen + Yurtle with a group and had a wonderful time. The waterfall is a short walk to feel like you’re in another world! We will definitely be back and hope to try out Grant’s other creative structures.

Becky and Grant have a beautiful piece of land and are incredible hosts. They truly want you to have the best time on their property and are there to help you with anything you could want/need. It’s obvious they genuinely love the company of others and that they enjoy sharing their land for others to enjoy. Words simply cannot do this place justice and we loved exploring it. We will be back soon!

Super good hosts. Loved the kitchen for sitting around and having meals together. Came primarily to hike the nearby “Fiery Gizzard” trail from end to end. Plenty of room for several tents. The waterfall close by on the property was a plus.

We had an amazing time in the Beech Treehouse! Becky checked us in and showed us around + gave us an overview of the trails. Their private waterfall was beautiful, and we loved exploring the stream with our dogs. The porch built into the treehouse was such a serene spot to have our morning coffee and evening dinners. Cosy bed, well-stocked camp kitchen, clean hot shower, this really is "glamping" at it's core! Nice that there is a grocer about 9 min away for anything we forgot. And a few more restaurants in Monteagle about 20 min away, even more if you go to sewanee. 10/10 and will definitely return!

This is a great camping spot! We chose the primitive camping site and it was exactly what we wanted. Private, far from other guests, and plenty of room to roam and explore. I was a little worried about the road accessing the site, but we made it in a fairly low cross-over SUV without any problems (in dry weather). The property is amazing and has an easily accessible waterfall that rivals many state parks! Grant is a great host and welcomed us on arrival, showed us to our site, and told us about the property and the area. Great communication throughout booking, checking if everything was okay, and on checkout. I definitely expect we will be back soon!

My partner and I loved camping on Grant and Becky's land in the Trampease Tree tent this past weekend. You could tell they really put a lot of thought into this setup as it had everything that we needed. Grant and Becky met us once we arrived and showed us where our site was and the different paths to take to check out the land. They encouraged us to hike their property and we saw so many beautiful sights and sounds. They have so much to explore on their land that my partner and I already want to go back! This was my first time booking thru Hipcamp and I have already told all of my friends to check it out! Stay with Grant and Becky, you will not be disappointed- trust me!!

I was only there for 1 night but I enjoyed my stay! Both Grant and Becky were very nice! I would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time for a much longer trip.

So lovely! Grant has done just a nice job of creating magical settings on his land. We stayed in the tree tent and were impressed by how level and dry and sturdy it was. We loved having the creek wrap around the site and very short walk to the waterfall! We found MANY toads on our night walks to the fairy houses. Lots of fun!
