Quarter Spring Farm is located in Liberty, TN on the western edge of the Cumberland Plateau. It comprises 63 acres of wooded ridges and hollows with exceptional hiking and distinct landscape features. Smith Fork Creek, which feeds Center Hill Lake, is visible from the campsite. Quarter Spring Farm’s history is murky and still being discovered. The house is over 100 years old. There are stone property walls that may predate the civil war. We believe this site was a Mississippian period settlement because of the large amount of artifacts we have found.
Please note: there is no electricity at the dome. There will be a battery with a light and the option to charge your phone. There is no parking at the dome. The walk is uphill and takes about 5 minutes or so. This is still a tent, the dome is not insulated and is not 100% sealed. Bugs do get inside from time to time. I will also provide you with water for cleaning and at least a gallon to drink. Just let me know if you need more. If you can get here before it gets dark, that is the best. If you can’t, that’s ok, we’ll just be hiking in the dark. Luckily I know my way around pretty good.

Upon driving to the end of B G Fort Road, continue uphill past the white sign. The Red Barn is located in the field around the last house on the road.
There's a power hookup in the rear of the barn. The Red Barn has a port-a-potty, corn hole, jenga, playing cards, and a put golf game.
It's the perfect spot for a family, a couple, a group of friends, or a solo stay.
Ice and potable water is also available.
A grill is available for use, and there's a firepit behind the Red Barn at the Hole In The Wall (check it out!).
We also have a couple of nature trails available, and a steeper trail to the Holler at The Creek (bring your floats!).

1 night at Beech Hollow Hideout
The cabin and land are a beautiful invitation to stillness and time with self~ just what I was looking for. The energy of love and community in the space is potent and reminded of “trail magic” with all the art and tokens of wisdom left behind by friends. William and Sharron are gracious hosts, available to help and respectful of privacy allowing you to feel both secure and secluded. They have the sweetest welcome pups too :) Thank you thank you. The location was clean, organized and inviting. There was plenty for my kids to do; a swing and hammocks near our camper kept them occupied. The cats on the site gave my fiancé the animal fix she was craving, and all the connections for my camper were available. I like to have a bonfire when I’m camping, not just for the sake of a fire, but I also use it for cooking. Despite the site not having a fire ring, they were gracious enough to move a metal fire pit over so I could have a fire. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to camp!

Great stay! The Hipcamp is across a small creek from Elisabeth’s house, on a rural road. You still have a good sense of privacy, even though you are relatively close to the house. The location is perfect - it’s about 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. It was a perfect balance of proximity to an urban area, and having an easy access rv spot that is safe and comfortable. We required minimal leveling. Elisabeth was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for our stay. I asked a few questions, and she went out of her way to provide multiple recommendations that were real winners. We attended a music venue she suggested and it was so unique - we loved it! She was terrific in communication. We did not meet her, which I think is an indication of her respecting visitor’s privacy. The water and electric worked great. If you are looking for a hub while you visit Nashville, this is a great spot. We’d gladly return.

This was my second time staying at William’s cabin. This unique HipCamp is my favorite. Peace, solitude and a warm wood stove on a freezing night! William is an extremely attentive host and an all around fascinating person. The cabin is so thoughtful and cozy. The craftsmanship and details are amazing. Elisabeths cute little spot is great! Directions were perfect, we had no trouble finding it in the dark. She has solar lights that line the space, so backing in was easy. The site is level, has a picnic table & fire pit with chairs set up. It was raining for our stay, so we did not use either…but would have if the weather was nicer. Walked our dog around the property area and up the road in the morning, which was not busy.
This Hipcamp was perfect for our roadtrip and one night stop to check out Nashville.
