No cooking in the cabin, but toast or roast your meal at small fire pit near cabin and picnic table. A full bathroom is available in the basement of nearby home with a private entrance. This loft perfectly met our needs for a quick, comfortable stopover mid road trip! The appliances all seemed new, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and our fur babies had plenty of space to move around. The host seemed experienced and thoughtful with little touches around the loft (ice in the freezer, shampoo in the shower, hot chocolate and mugs ready for a nice treat, tv on a swivel arm so you can watch from the bed, gate on the patio to keep your dog contained etc) and clear instructions for where to find everything and what to expect. The craftsmanship around the loft was also impressive (well built doors, countertops etc). We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay! The farm setting was absolutely serene — nestled along a river and within striking distance of the mountains. Every detail was so thoughtfully done, from the well-kept amenities to the little touches that made it feel both comfortable and connected to nature.
What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were genuinely kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to help me plan things to do in the area — from scenic spots to local hidden gems; they went out of their way to make my stay extra special.
Between the peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and top-notch amenities, this place was the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in nature!

We don’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating area but it looked great. It’s close to a fabulous Amish Farmer’s Market, a small winery and of course river rafting! Already planning our next trip!

I was traveling with 2 kids and 3 dogs (2 huskies) for my daughtets softball. We were on a tight budget so I booked this. It was a wonderful stay. The cabin is cute and we even had baby dear wake us our first Morning. Our host John went above and beyond building a fire for us and unclogging the toliet. Its beautiful there. We had the best time!

The Cowgirl was completely sucluded as advertised. Only us and the wildlife. Dogs had plenty of room to roam off leash as well. They loved it. Cabin is well stocked with everything you need. Amy was very responsive. Would definitely Glamp here again. :)

1 night at Stone Branch Cabin
This little cabin was perfectly situated among the trees up among the mountains. Nice and private, with the perfect backyard clearing for a great fireside experience. A babbling creek running through the back made for beautiful ambient sound of water running, and offered a spot to cool off your toes. Inside the cabin there’s a wood stove to warm up to— we stayed outside enjoying nature so late into the night that we didn’t end up lighting it. But next time we come to stay, we surely will. Also, losing cell service is always a blessing when getting away! Lol! We highly recommend staying here<3

We LOVE staying at Andy & Anna’s rustic little farm. This was our third time staying there. The weather didn’t cooperate very well this time; we didn’t get to have a fire in the fire pit while we were there and there was some really bad weather for a minute but we never lost power in the cabin. We explored the property some when it wasn’t raining and played games we brought along inside the cabin when it was rainy weather. Andy and Anna provide games to play in the cabin if you don’t bring any with you. There are also some big wooden blocks (think giant Jenga sized blocks) that my daughter loves to play with when we are there. Every time it’s time to leave we want to stay longer!
The small kitchen area has a microwave and a dorm fridge so it is a little challenging to make meals for 5 people (our group size) if the weather is too yucky to grill out. Luckily for us on this trip the weather cooperated long enough to make a couple of meals; the other meals we ate at a couple of restaurants.
I think Andy & Anna’s rustic farm is a great blend of camping and GLAMPING (indoor plumbing for the WIN!)
The hosts are super welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Perfect off grid, private, comfortable cabin located in a great location to explore eastern Tenn. The Cumberland gap has dozens of unique places to explore. Having the cabin with its little creek running through the property as base camp was wonderful. Will visit again soon.
