We find it unethical to tax homeowners (property tax) and requiring a permit + hotel and occupancy taxes if people stay with us less than 30 days. All humans are artists of some kind. We are situated on 1/3 of an acre, 2 miles from downtown Nashville. VEHICLE AND RV you can ONLY park in the alley along the white concrete wall in the photos. there is no way to drive into the backyard. CAMPING tents, hammocks, etc. in the backyard and patio. Walk in / set up camp. No drive-in. DRUGS DRINKS AND NUDITY Alcohol, 420, nature medicines. You do you. Be responsible Clothing optional for both genders No drugs, No needles. Do no harm. Leave no trace BATHING and TOILET SHOWER available in the house or outside (hot water hose shower) VIBE From time to time there are community jam sessions, drum circles, full moon hot baths, ice baths that occur on property. the current nesters at the Music Monastery: humans: Christina, Chrissy senior dogs: Rox, Douglas LOCATION 2.2 miles to Assembly Food Hall and Broadway, Downtown Nashville, Honky Tonk ing! :) 45 min urban hike if you're on foot. Scooters, Ubers, and more are easily accessible. NEIGHBOR AIRBNB 2 properties over, there is a 3 story airbnb that can see into our backyard. You don’t have to change your behavior, just be aware possible voyeurs. SECURITY CAMERAS there 3 visual (no audio) security cameras mounted on the exterior of the house, they're visibly mounted of the house (non- hidden).

We’re located in a small rural community just 3.3 miles from Love’s Travel Stop (with septic dump station) and only 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. ⸻ RV Parking & Access (Please Read Carefully) We offer two designated RV parking areas based on rig size. Both areas share the same amenities and add-ons. Camper Pad (Smaller Rigs Only): • Reserved for trailers and rigs 30 feet or less total length, including tow vehicle • Requires backing in from Maxie Jones Road, making a 90° turn through a 24-foot entrance gate • Best suited for experienced drivers and smaller setups Driveway Parking (Larger Rigs): • Easy in-and-out access (no tight turns) • Accommodates rigs up to 45+ feet total length • Guests unable to safely make the turn into the camper pad must use the driveway If you’re unsure which option fits your rig, please contact us before arrival. ⸻ Optional Hookups & Add-Ons • Filtered & softened water – $10 per stay • 15-amp electric – $10 per night (no A/C or high-draw appliances) • 30-amp rental generator with fuel & setup – $40 per night ⸻ Fireside Comforts & Family Friendly • Solo Stove fire pit rental – $20 per stay • Firewood bundles – $6 • Lawn games available Kids and pets are welcome!
