Loved our little cabin. Beds where good, cabin was clean, it had all what needed. Host was super friendly and caring. 10 out 10. We will be back for another great stay. Good road around locally for motorcyclest and car enthusiasts to enjoy the sights and curvy roads.

The grounds and shelter we had were great. I wish we had had more time to explore. Clean restrooms, nice showers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Patrick's place. We just wanted a place to park at night, and he offered exactly that. but he has more options if necessary.

Can not say enough praises about this place. Warmly welcomed right away. Some of the best rugged camping we have come across. We will definitely be back!

Belle and Beau was an exquisite place with wonderfully private campsites. We loved site number 1! The creeks and waterfall were breathtaking and Christine was amazing and the best host. We killed our battery and Christine and her partner can't to our rescue. We don't have enough space for all the words to express our great weekend camping...

We really enjoyed our stay at belle and beau we stayed two nights unfortunately it rained on our second day there but did not deter us from enjoying our stay right on a brook as we stayed at camp site 2 a little bit of hike up hill on your way out but I am 56 and a little chunky just took a rest as needed. Only animals we saw were frogs and one snake not sure if it was a cotton moth or just water snake either way we was in the water and it avoided us so it’s all good. To make a long story short Christine has a wonderful place and I will definitely be back

So this was my 1st camping trip. I’m glad we chose to do it here on Christine’s land. It was a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. There are trails and parks close by to visit. I can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars!

We’ve been to Belle & Beau Acres several times and it never disappoints. Christine is always so great about communication. And the land is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all with some friends and family!

We had a wonderful experience at Belle and Beau Acres while celebrating a birthday away from the city. The property was peaceful and charming, exactly what we were looking for. Christine was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with any questions we had throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the waterfall hike. It was gorgeous and our service dog, Moose, absolutely loved it! We even found a small rock with Crinoid fossils, which was such a cool surprise. All in all, it was a relaxing and memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Gravel roads on top of mountain would require motorcycles to be trailered in and out depending on owner preference and nearby trail riding at Cub mountain ATV park.

This area is called elk valley, as it is not uncommon to be driving down the road and see elk and deer in the low grass fields! There is also a small bison farm at mile marker 7 on hwy 297! Thank you for understanding. ***To use the water you will need to lift the blue lever on the water spigot. When you are finished with the water be SURE to close the handle back down. ***Upon arrival the 20 amp breaker should be on and the 30 and 50 amp should be off. Please inspect before plugging in for your own safety. When departing please be sure to turn off the 30 and/or 50 amp breakers. Please consider, Clayton Geneva is a primitive campground, gravel drives and left as natural as possible. This is not a sculpted campsite or a concrete campground. The primitive area is as such, gravel, grass, sand terrain accessible by a one lane gravel drive that leads over the hill and around the cliff to the riverbank. This drive is absolutely passable however is left bumpy to keep traffic at a safe speed as pedestrians also walk the drive. It is passable by any vehicle as long as the vehicle is not overloaded beyond its ability and/or has an extremely low profile. Any area that is not an actual campsite is left to nature, not manicured, trimmed or sculpted. As you’ll find all the sites are clear please don’t expect micromanaging of wild growth of our native plants in areas around the sites as we reserve those areas for the wildlife to enjoy. Please consider all the above mentioned details, primitive campsites are not for everyone and that’s ok.

A short list of what to expect on site includes: PRIVACY - ADVENTURE - GETAWAY Quick response time/Clear communication Spacious, shady, leaf-bed campsites 360 degree views of relaxing nature 27 Foot Waterfall (365 days of flow except during severe drought) Rock shelter under Ledge Waterfall Two shallow lazy rivers for soaking Hiking trails onsite Multiple spring-fed creeks Countless water cascades for exploring Star gazing over wide pastures Old forests for ample shade and hammock hanging Cellular reception at campsites (usually at least 1 bar) Please read the site descriptions carefully to match your style of camping with the appropriate campsite. BBA guests frequently camp with a tent, vehicle, smaller camper, hammock tent, roof top tent, pop-up camper and similar styles. Most photos in this listing are taken onsite. Please keep in mind this is primitive and wild Tennessee landscape that may also contain poisonous plants and wildlife in or around camp. Access to fresh water fun is a short down-hill hike for all guests, with the exception of our hike-in campsites which are positioned alongside the river. Each spot has been strategically selected to provide as much privacy as possible, and comfortably accommodates groups with two vehicles. We provide a rock fire pit and heavy-duty, cast-iron grill grate. You provide everything else, including drinking water and personal toilet waste bags if you plan to use our system. The hike-in sites come with extra seating. Every guest must be included on your reservation, and adult guests may be required to provide identification. Thank you! COMMUNITY COMFORT STATION: There is a comfort station with an outdoor shower stall for hanging your own solar shower bag. The comfort station also includes a changing room which doubles as a private place to use your portable camping toilet. A toilet seat and bucket system is provided but guests will need to use their own waste disposal bags, available at most camping supply stores. The backside of the comfort station has a rain barrel (not potable) collection system for extinguishing fires. OFF-ROAD CONDITIONS: Due to the primitive nature of our location, all reservations should expect hilly terrain and potential bumpy or some muddy road access, especially after heavy rain. We ask all guests to help us minimize impacts by driving with care. Vehicles with low ground clearance or low-profile tires are no longer permitted to use the off-road drive and must park at the entrance. If you want a campsite with the shortest walk from the entrance parking area, you will want to select campsite 5, 9 or 6. When the road is open during unusually wet periods, we recommend AWD or 4WD as a precaution. We are continuously working on improvements for our off-road drive. Belle and Beau Acres is a farm homestead with a personal campground, conveniently located less than five minutes from I40. Expect nothing short of 360 degree views of relaxing nature, privacy, and spontaneous adventure when recreating at this agritourism location. Central to the most beautiful middle Tennessee destinations, BBA is the perfect home base for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing excursions to at least 10 nearby state parks and lakes. We have always wanted a place to get away and we were lucky enough to find this beautiful little farm in southern Kentucky in 2017. We have picnic tables and free firewood available. Just minutes from two wonderful lakes if you're into boating or fishing. We also rent jet skis.
