There was an amazing amount of sleeping options in the tiny space, with a semi-private queen size bed with full linens, a full size futon, and 2 twin beds in the loft. There is also a hammock on the covered porch, tons of lounge chairs both with and without cushions, and a full table with chairs. Shower toiletries, soft and strong toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels are all included.
The toilet flushes, the outdoor shower heats up and I cant think of anything the outdoor kitchen is missing! My kids also appreciated playing with the cards and jenga.
The creek is nearly dry, but we are in a heat dome this week (a couple battery operated fans we brought cooled both rooms enough for sleep). No electricity, but everything else you could want in glamping is there.
If you forget basics or just want a soda, there is a convenience store maybe a couple miles down the street.

Camp David on Cumberland Plateau
We really enjoyed our time at Camp David! The Cumberland Plateau is a beautiful place and this property is a great home base for exploring—or just staying put and relaxing. It had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable while still "roughing it." It wasn't quite as private as we'd expected based on photos, but we enjoyed getting to know the hospitable hosts and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time here at camp David. Shannon was extremely accommodating to me and my wife. If you love nature and being in a secluded spot this is it, I promise you won't be let down!

We highly recommend staying here! Our original trip fell through so we booked this place at the very last second and Shannon was very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. The tiny home was a perfect size for me, my husband, and our dog. There’d be room for probably 3 more people too if you wanted. It was our anniversary weekend so we wanted to go somewhere secluded so we didn’t have to deal with anyone else and so our dog could run around off leash and that is exactly what we got. It was very quiet, all you could hear was the creek running and the birds chirping. Our weekend was kind of rainy but the spacious covered back porch still made it an enjoyable weekend. We’ll be back for sure.
Side note if you love nature, we heard whip-poor-wills at night and saw turkeys in the morning.

Our stay was very quiet. It’s easy to find but still feels remote. Really bummed there was no power. The outdoor shower and plumbing were great though! The indoor wood stove kept us nice and warm at night.

We had a wonderful stay at such a wonderful location! Our host Shannon was fantastic and our stay had everything we could’ve asked for! The outdoor shower was very nice to use as was all of the facilities. My husband and I as well as our doggo Fin loved the experience and would highly recommend/return.

Comfort level was extremely high and Shannon herself, held true to the Southern Hospitality I love so much. There will likely be a return visit to enjoy a different seasonal experience in this VERY quiet disconnect.

Very peaceful, very quiet, very close and easy access from highway. This is a great rustic camp experience if you are looking for cabin with lots of comfortable outdoor seating in a peaceful setting. Above average bathroom facilities for a cabin in the woods. Be sure to consider the weather as the cabin does not have climate control and the breeze from the mountain in the description does not cool the cabin on a warm evening. This would be an awesome place to stay in the winter, spring, and fall.

Check in was smooth. Camp host Mr. David was very informative and ensured we were set up for the evening. We felt welcomed. Very quite peaceful and private. We enjoyed are stay and definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic place! Hidden gem with super comfy beds, tucked away in the forest with great creek running through the property. We had a hard time deciding whether to sit around the large cozy firepit or stay on the super large deck and play corn hole. We managed to squeeze in both :)
Definitely want to go back and stay longer.

Our secluded stay at Camp David was everything we wanted... and more! The location makes this a perfect basecamp for hiking to nearby swimming holes. Playing card games, exploring the creek on the property, and being able to bring our pup, Camper, made this even more memorable! We even enjoyed listening to a thunderstorm and watching rain from the covered porch (so peaceful!). Our hosts were courteous and had answers to all of our questions. It was even a treat to hear more about their history! We are so glad we booked our stay, and can't wait to visit again!

My family loved our stay at Camp David. It was quiet, secluded and close to waterfalls and hiking. What's not to love?! The site has a charcoal grill and a huge fire pit. Added bonus that our dog was welcome so even our furry friend had a good time. We enjoyed our visit and hope to go back one day.
