Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina allowed for endless opportunities to explore and foster an appreciation for the outdoors. It is the peace and tranquility of the wetlands, and the time spent with family and friends in these unique ecosystems, that always brought me comfort and wonder. Wander the marked paths at your own pace, listen to the soft flow of the creek, or simply unwind while watching for white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, and native songbirds that frequent the area. Guests can choose from three distinct tent sites, each with its own character. The two center sites offer easy drive-in access and shaded areas ideal for a comfortable setup, with one featuring a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The creek site provides a more secluded experience near the water and includes a brick fire pit, with four-wheel drive recommended for access. All sites are pet-friendly and allow campfires, making them great for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. This is a true back-to-basics camping experience with no restrooms, potable water, or showers on site. Bring your essentials and enjoy an unplugged stay surrounded by peaceful countryside and open skies.
