Property is located in the country on 2.5 acres of wooded land. We are 5 minutes from Congaree National Park and the river. We offer glamping in a Vintage Bohemian camper and a Cottage Tree House that offers breakfast for an additional charge and open fires. We offer a 15% discount on kayaking tours. The bed size is slightly smaller than a full and the toilet is located under the deck. There is a small shower in the camper.\

Cottage tree house

The cottage Tree house is located on 2.5 acres of wooded property. The tree house comes with all amenities for our guest and has an upper deck with seating and a charcoal grill. The lower deck has seating and space and just sit and relax or enjoy breakfast and coffee. There is a half bath on the lower deck and a full bath in the tree house with a walk in shower. We do allow pets. The house is on a mini split system for heat and air.

Rosewood Farm and Agripark

Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a guided horseback ride or nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark! For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a special historic Iron Horse miniature train and one mile of track has been purchased to go around the park! A greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! We have a rock wall, jumping pillow and many inflatables for the littles to enjoy too! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine!

Poor guy kept flashing his plumage with no luck; apparently the ladies on the farm are a little too young to be interested this year. Better luck next year, bro!

Kaleidoscope Farm

Our land is family land that has been untouched for years but we are restoring back to a farm and horse rescue. There is an old cemetery here, creeks, hills and valleys. It's beautiful. Wildlife can be seen in the woods. The highway used to run through the woods many years ago but got moved.

We have 38 acres with hills and valleys. There is an old dirt and gravel road lined with trees, a natural spring that usually has water, large rocks, a very old cemetery, wildlife, and beautiful wildflowers and blackberries depending on the time of the year. Our house and land have been in my family over 100 years. Lots of history! Come out and visit and enjoy nature! Deer and turkey are active now too! We have grills for you to use, a picnic table, swings and fire pits.

Beautiful Lake Camping

Lake Wateree, a 13,250-acre lake with unspoiled natural views, was created by the damming of the Wateree River in 1920. It is located about 30 miles northeast of Columbia,
just east of I-77. 
The lake is owned and managed by Duke Power and is surrounded by three counties: Fairfield, Kershaw, and Lancaster.

One of South Carolina's oldest man-made lakes, Lake Wateree is known for crappie, bass, catfish, and bream fishing. The 242 miles of shoreline include a bird refuge, the Lake Wateree State Recreation Area and State Park, and Carolina Adventure World for Recreational ATV and dirt bike riding.

All these amenities are only a few miles from this site.
There are many eclectic little towns to visit and shop when you are not spending time swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, fishing,or just sitting around the fire or hanging out on your own private dock and island.

Lakefront RV site with private dock and lots of amenities. Acres of solitude and nature. The ideal getaway unlike any other. This is your own oasis on a large cove with a private island and an expanse of nature that opens up to the lake.  Bring your boat, there is a nearby boat ramp.
Pets must be contained or leashed at all times.  Pets are welcome but one must adhere to the leash rule for safety.  Though this site has an open ambiance, there are other homes in the area with their own pets and there are large birds of prey.

Duck Pond Camping

I love living in the country with my wonderful husband Mike. Who wouldn't love to listen to a summer rain on the porch or in the evening falling asleep to the sounds of crickets and bull frogs.  
We have 6 pugs that are our fur children.  We love camping and hanging out around the campfire. Mike is an awesome cook and great on the grill. 
I also am a chicken woman that loves her hens.  I love crafting, sewing, Pinterest, pizza and Diet Mt. Dew. One of my favorite travels was with my family to Niagara Falls.  

Lake Monticello recreational area ramp for non motorized boats, kayaking, canoeing and other small boat/rafts. 

Site 1 is on a slight hill/terrace. Once in the site area it’s nice fairly open and level with multiple areas to setup camp. There is a grill and fire pit as well as picnic table.
