Your Quintessential New England Farm Getaway and, Outdoors Enthusiast's Paradise. Zichichi Family Farm Estate is located on 58 private acres in North Stonington CT. The property is in a very private and natural setting, yet very close to other amenities, including Foxwoods, Misquamicut Beach, Mystic Seaport, and Downtown Westerly.
As a family farm we produce a wide variety of items on our property. Barbless hooks are required (you can file them off, let us know we can help). Adults are fly rod only, Kids 1st time fishing spinning rods are allowed but fly rods are encouraged. No is license required for the pond. The Brook requires an CT state fishing license and trout stamp to fish. Never fly fished... don't worry we can help. Check out addons below.

Come and enjoy a quiet retreat, or use Fernwood as a base for many outdoor activities-biking, fishing, hiking-all nearby. Natchaug Forest offers great trout fishing. Goodwin State Forest is less than 3 miles away by car where you can put in a canoe on Pine Lake, amble through the wildflower and pollinator gardens, or enjoy the Education Center and Museum. Blackburn Farm was fantastic! Chris and his wife were amazing,informative , gracious hosts. The sheep were adorable and Gramcraker and Marshmellow, the goats, were awesome!! We ended up getting stuck up north this winter and needed a place to stay in the RV. This ended up being a great safe spot to do so and on the good winter days we were able to visit the nearby beaches, especially Horseneck which is our favorite. We always felt safe and had enough privacy to be on our own. We were able to hook up our 30 amp plug to the side of the garage.
Winter 2026 was a rough one which saw two major snowstorms. Our vehicle always felt well protected.
Our host Tristan was always available when we needed to reach out via the Hipcamp app.
I can only imagine how nice this must be during the warm months. If you do stay, you’ll be able to visit many different beaches on a regular basis as there are so many close to the spot.
Tiverton is safe, clean and nice.
Highly recommend.

Really loved the property. Wooded site beside the barn. Plenty of room to back in to spot with our 21 ft trailer. Lots of hiking from site. Chris and Tiffany were great hosts, kind, helpful, also great recommendations. The animals were a plus, also timed it right for sheep shearing! Ask about the syrup, very cool and very good!! Definitely be coming back at some point!!

Loved this site! A little tricky to navigate to, but quite fun that’s it’s hidden away in the woods with not a traffic sound to be heard.
The animals are so cute (fainting goats Marshmallow & Graham Cracker were a huge hit with the toddler), electric hookup is easy and potable water very nearby, and the hosts were so lovely, welcoming us and communicating promptly to make sure we were settled in alright. We got their recs for activities and food in the area, as well- would love to return to Mystic, and when we do, we’ll be staying here again!
