Some of the loveliest creations of man or nature are nearby The cottage is on a 70 acre country estate (circa. 1797). See Longwood Gardins and many other world famous nearby places. The weather is temperate and mostly sunny and there are dozens of things to see made by man or nature, all within less than an hours drive. Many stores and locations of interest are within bicycle distance. History & Art abound and world famous Longwood Gardens is nearby. Notable industrialists like Sun oil , Ludens, Carnation, Dodge and Safeguard are just a few who made this their home. The farm cottage is surrounded by over 2000 acres containing walking paths and horse trails, and even an Indian chipping ground where flint arrow heads and other Indian implements were made.

The space is just off our driveway, along side our horse fence.
Additional things to note: This is our personal, farm, and business property. Expect some come and go traffic, our kids playing on the property, and pets roaming. We do our best to respect your privacy but note you’re only about 150 feet from our home and immediate lawn. On Weekdays we have several employees meet here to load landscape equipment and leave for the day. Some noise may be heard at that time (around 8AM Monday - Friday)

Great communication! I booked a night at Ben’s property for a quick overnight trip. Ben responded super quickly, and his messages were friendly and accommodating. My plans changed last minute, so I didn’t get a chance to visit but based on our communication, I have no doubt his farm is a great spot! I’d definitely book again… and this time I’ll actually make it! 🤣
