Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. There is an abundance of things to do, places to go and people to see in The Catskills, or do nothing at all! Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, racoon, birds, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment and tubes can be rented there. Guidelines: 1) Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2) Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 3) Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 4) Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 5) Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 6) Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries - beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property. 8) We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around 7) Have a great time!!! Some of our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg. Callicoon Wine Merchant, The Black Walnut, and Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery all in Callicoon. The North Branch Inn - North Branch, Conover Club at Callicoon Hills Guest House - Callicoon Center. The Walk In - Livingston Manor. There are many more! Go out and explore!

We absolutely loved our stay at Adam's place and we already cant wait to go back! The site is so quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to many of the great little towns in the area. Nearly every morning we awoke to wild turkeys wandering in the meadow, and saw many deer throughout the day. The view of the Delaware River down the hill never gets old! Adam was a pleasure to work with and provided many great local recommendations. Thanks again Adam, looking forward to staying with you again soon!

We loved camping on Adam’s land. It was beautiful, private and serene. There is a large parking area that’s pretty level w a fire pit and a picnic table that has a lovely view down the property w the Delaware River in the background! Our dogs absolutely loved it. We had to wait for a flock of Turkeys to cross in front of us, halfway up the driveway, when we arrived and the night sky was stunning. Both the property and the electric hook-up were easy to find. We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice secluded property tucked up on a hillside. Great views to the North and overlooking the Delaware. Having full hookups was definitely a bonus! Adam was great to work with and very responsive. If you want a private getaway, look no further. Nights are tranquil and no sounds of any highways or traffic. Site is relatively flat, but be sure to bring levelers if you are a perfectionist. 100% recommend and will be coming back!

This is a nice spacious site, the creek is a nice feature. Scott provided ample firewood. The shooting range while not close by can be heard. If you are camping with dogs that are afraid of fireworks, this is not a good site. Both my dogs are seasoned campers but we usually camp to get away from the fireworks🙂. The outhouse was further away than we anticipated, wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind.

Nice large, open and private spot by a river. We took a swim in the river after a hike up the hill next to camp to the coffee and chocolate shop. The property itself is pretty and pleasant to walk around. You can also walk to Tanner Falls down the road. It's mostly a walk on a dirt road more than a hike, but pleasant and a nice site to stop and see. The site was well kept, with a clean out house a few minutes walk across the road. Host was very kind and helpful. On arrival he showed us his garden (where we were given permission to pull a few veggies from) and took us to the local trail. The site is by a road, so you can hear some cars every so often but it's not super busy. There's also state game lands nearby, we heard a few gun shots late at night but they were definitely a far off away. I would happily come back to camp again!

Really nice spot close to so much. The site is private and secluded. You may see the neighbors drive by behind the camp. But, the tree cover is more than enough to retain the feeling of seclusion. The water is wonderful to have; it means that we can shower! The electric is wonderful. Lots of regular plugs for your extension cord. The site also includes a nice fire deep enough to hold enough logs to keep you warm on a cold night. Picnic table is big and the benches are not attached so if want to use it as a prep area or to wash dishes you are not leaning over the seats and straining your back. The river peaks into sight in front of you with lots of trees surrounding you and then there’s the sky! The sky opens so nicely that you can see the Milky Way; we saw shooting stars too. There’s lots of deer and eagles. One flew right over us. We found turkey feathers but didn’t see one. During our time in the area, we saw 8 eagles. If you want to go out to eat or have a beer, just drop over the hill to the Pump House (very cool history). There are plenty of breweries around as well. Plenty of little towns with restaurants and specialty shops. the river is quite beautiful and there are many fishing areas and put ins. Would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a quaint getaway, this is it! It has beautiful views of the mountains and Susquehanna River. It was convenient to have full connections for electricity (30 amp), water, and septic. Also, an added perk was off- leash for dogs, our dog loved the freedom to just roam and play frisbee. I stayed on the property with my two kids (13 and 10) for two nights and it is a lovely, peaceful place with a gorgeous view of the Delaware river valley in the distance. The land is tucked away and out of sight of the road so that the only sign of others in the area is the rare sound of a passing car. The property is a quick drive to Narrowsburgh for good coffee and eats if you don’t feel like coking over a camp fire. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the stars at night after having roasted marshmallows. You can’t go wrong here.

Stan has a beautiful, private site that overlooks the surrounding mountains and the Susquehanna River. The viewes were amazing. My husband and I stayed here for the Fourth of July with our two dogs. Our youngest dog is very people and dog reactive and we had a great experience with her. Stan was very welcoming and accommodating. He was easy to get hold of if we had any questions and very helpful. We will definitely be going back to this site!

We had an amazing weekend at the Streamside Campsite—think sheep in the pasture, a babbling creek, and total peace. The kids splashed in the water, we lounged by the fire, and everyone drifted off to sleep to the sound of the stream. Highly recommend if you like nature with a side of sheep. 🐑🔥🌲

Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The quaint town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in those towns and other towns nearby areas are farm to table - excellent quality. There is an abundance of things to do, places to go and people to see in The Catskills, or do nothing at all! Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, racoon, birds, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is one mile south on NY97 at Skinners Falls Campground. Boating equipment and tubes can be rented there. Guidelines: 1) Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2) Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 3) Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 4) Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 5) Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 6) Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. There are pink ribbons tied around the tree trunks to mark our boundaries - beyond those ribbons is our neighbor's property. 8) We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around 7) Have a great time!!! Some of our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg.
