Wow, what can I say? This is a full service campsite. Deb and Jim are two very gracious hosts. They offer some wonderful insight to their property. The food from their market is beyond amazing. The campsite is more than you can imagine until you’re there! It’s a guarantee that we will be returning to this site for future camping experiences.

This is a really nice and private spot to camp. It's convenient to have wood, water, and ice all available right on site. The setting along the creek is beautiful. Jim and Deb and very communicative and super nice and welcoming hosts. We've stayed twice already and will surely stay again!

This place is amazing! It is completely private, has a nice outhouse, and lots of different spots you can choose from to put your tent. You are right near a gorgeous stream of water. There are a few fire pits and picnic tables. We went with 3 little kids and had an amazing time. The farm is across the road so no animals near your tent. It is a very nice clean place. We loved going to see the chickens (and new adorable baby chicks!) The host is so nice and friendly answered all our questions right away. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

BOOK THIS! Walk out your private cabin and down a hill to the left is a trout stream and to the right is a mountain to climb with caves and crazy rocks!! Cabin is rustic and awesome! Weekend Trip to Forks Farm Campground

My fiancée and I decided to stay at Forks Farm Campground this past weekend (last weekend in March) and it was magnificent!! Campsites are right by the water, you can even pick one with lovely white noise of trickling water as your falling asleep at night. My fiancée likes to fish so having access to the waterway outside your tent is the best it can get. They had fire wood by each of the sites to use and pay by honor system. They also have a camp store with farm fresh foods, snacks and ice. The campsites are very secluded and feel like a real get away. Major stores like Walmart etc. are 10miles/20mins away. Overall 10/10! We will be going back and inviting friends and family!

Cutest trip! Loved the tiny home very peaceful. Doug and Lisa were very generous and gave us a flashlight, newspapers, a lighter, fire starter, and made us cookies! There are some nice trails for you to explore on the property and beautiful artwork all throughout. A must visit!

Deb and Jim’s hipcamp is literally the type of place we search for extensively to find the “perfect spot”. It had everything: privacy, creek, farmland, outhouse, small local shop. They checked all the boxes for convenience, yet the location feels super secluded and that’s our favorite part. Long time campers here and this is by far the best spot se have found and our favorite. Keep up the good work! We can’t wait to visit again!!

The history of the Pump House began in 1878, when three ambitious men hatched a plan for the world's first long-distance underground oil pipeline which would transport oil from well to refinery more quickly and efficiently than the horse-drawn wagons of the time. Pumping stations were needed every fifty miles along this long route to keep pressure on the pipeline so that the oil could reach its destination. Pump House Bed and Breakfast is one of the only properties in the country in which the both the original homes of the foremen and the large brick buildings remain. Doug, owner, has spent more than 20 years lovingly restoring these foreman houses as well as the large industrial brick buildings. The Brick Barn Hall once housed steam pumps to pressurize the pipe and keep the oil moving, and the Catawissa Cabin behind it served as the telegraph office. The Studio Hall contained boilers that produced the steam to power the pumps, while the adjoining Studio Cabin functioned as a blacksmith's workspace. Today, the buildings function as reception spaces for weddings and other special events, and house private suites as well as an art studio where Doug pursues his work and teaches drawing, ceramics, and stained glass classes. The Season House, one of the two foreman homes, features additional guest accommodations while Doug resides in the other foreman house. Visit and experience a piece of PA history! The campground is easily accessed from the Bloomsburg exit of Interstate 80, ten miles north on SR 487, and 1.5 miles east of Forks on Winding Road. Little Mahanoy Creek Campground

There are 3 campsites located in the gap of the little Mahanoy Mountain and line Mountain range along the little Mahanoy creek. All four campsites have creek access and come with picnic table garbage can and fire ring and Firewood is usually available. There are two Porta potty‘s one located at each end of the sites. There are trails for hiking which extends along an abandoned railroad bed and also up into State game lands and into the deep woods. The hiking in the woods is on an incline. But the hiking on the railroad bed is pretty unintense. There is parking at each site. The sites are spread out along the creek bed ranging from more of a rustic primitive tent camping on site 4 to an open site on site 1.

We are a working blueberry and flower farm near the town of Tunkhannock, in the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania. We also have nature and some fun recreational opportunities both on property and close by. On our property we have an 18 hole disc golf course (more info can be found on Udisc or Facebook page "Campsite Disc Golf"). The course has all PDGA approved chain baskets with wood chip or grass tee boxes. We are constantly upgrading the course, it gets better every year! We have some beautiful places for walks (or easy hikes) including walking the course even if you don't play disc golf....it makes for some nice clear trails through the woods. There is a 2 1/2 acre pond where you are welcome to kayak, canoe or paddleboard. A 10 acre swamp, a small creek (that does often dry up in the summer....it's beautiful in the spring), and bountiful wildlife. Nearby are many more recreational opportunities. Within driving distances varying from 5 minutes to an hour (most things within 20 minutes) are a river, two creeks, several lakes (all with public boat access, some with swimming), hiking and biking trails, wineries, brewery, restaurants, a movie theater and shopping (grocery stores and the small downtown are less than 10 minutes). We can provide more information and directions for any activities you are interested in. Our private road which leads to the areas available for camping has only one resident who lives past (with access rights to use the road to get to his property) so it is secluded with no traffic. It can be very dark on moonless nights which is fantastic for stargazing. Intrepid winter campers will find the sky is most crisp clear and incredible in the winter....but the summer is still quite spectacular. Blueberry season is all of July and spilling into August (although winding down by then). During that time the Grassy corner site is more out of the way and quieter. The Most Convenient Woods is close but separate, no one except a passing disc golfer can easily look into your site. You will hear activity in the blueberry field during the day. Possibly including a noise maker that makes a periodic boom in the mornings to keep the birds from stealing all the berries (we are looking for quieter bird scaring options for the future). We try to keep that to a minimum especially if campers are present but can't promise silence. The noise maker is turned off as soon as customers are present so it is just a little while in the morning.

Greene Kitchen Farm has been farmed by the Greene family since 2013. If you step back in time a few owners, the Kitchen family with 8 boys and a girl farmed the land that surrounds the little tributary to Montour Run. The Greenes have been pasturing the majority of the land in nature's image with an eye toward biomimicry and an agro-forestal, savannah landscape. The herbivores pulse through the landscape with flocks of birds following them. Since the livestock have been fenced out of the creek, a little jewel of a wildlife refuge traverses the farm from northwest to southeast. This riparian zones shades the creek, protects the water quality, and provides great habitat for coyotes, minks, eagles, white-tailed deer, groundhogs, hawks, squirrels, woodcock, and a variety of songbirds.
