Welcome to our little slice of heaven along Pine Creek at the southern end of the "PA Grand Canyon". It's an outdoor lover's dream. Cabin currently for rent. The camp lies inside of Tiadaghton State Forest on the west side of Pine Creek in the Pennsylvania Wilds. The property is 5 acres, embedded deep in public land. On the property there is a cabin and one very large campsite (not currently in use). The area is beautiful for paddling, floating, fishing, hiking, biking, rock skipping, dipping your toes, swimming hole gems, searching for waterfalls, writing retreats. There are hundreds of miles of hiking, mountain bike and ATV trails, and some of the best fishing and stargazing on the East Coast. There is a 62 mile -rails-to-trails that runs along the other side of Pine Creek from Wellsboro to Jersey Shore, PA. Our camp is located on a secluded hill - a relaxing oasis removed from the rest of the world - read a book in a hammock, build campfires, grill yummy food, let the kids run around like crazy, play a lot of cards. It a 2 minute walk from the property to public access to Pine Creek. It is a 45 minute drive to paddle the Western Branch of the Susquehanna near Lock Haven, PA. Note: Cabin is currently available. Campsite is not at this time.

Hello fellow campers and outdoor lovers!!! We call our 10 acre, secluded property Cold Springs. We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. The camping areas are in the back of the property and are surrounded by woods and secluded from view of the house. There are paths leading to the pond which is a great reading area and fishing spot plus a canoe and paddleboat to enjoy. Last summer (2022) we added a tipi to the camping area. There are 3 campsites and one cabin located in the gap of the little Mahanoy Mountain and line Mountain range along the little Mahanoy creek. All four campsites have creek access and come with picnic table garbage can and fire ring and Firewood is usually available. There are two Porta potty‘s one located at each end of the sites. There are trails for hiking which extends along an abandoned railroad bed and also up into State game lands and into the deep woods. The hiking in the woods is on an incline. But the hiking on the railroad bed is pretty unintense. There is parking at each site. The sites are spread out along the creek bed ranging from more of a rustic primitive tent camping on site 4 to an open site on site 1.

Monique was quick to respond to any questions and met was very friendly and kind when we met her face to face. We loved our stay at this farm . Kevin was an amazing host and you can see that as soon as you pull up on thr cabin as it was supper clean and he had everything you could need . I definitely recommend the honey bee experience what an amazing experience we will never forget ! 3 nights at 1970 Camper Kettle Creek Renovo Pa

Staying in Fanny was like camping-lite, which was exactly what we were looking forward to. In a remote area, the land is across the tracks and along the water's edge at the confluence of Kettle Creek and West Branch of the Susquehanna, but close enough to the town of Renovo for supplies, and has a cute roadside motel and restaurant within walking distance. The only folks we ran into were the host and their family, who live on the site. It was much more private than a state park or RV park camping and cabins. Worth noting that there isn't running water in the camper, and outdoor grill/hot plate/microwave cooking are required. It's very stocked with supplies to do so, as well as towels, etc. for use in the outhouse/outdoor shower building. For those who need a supportive mattress, you might consider bringing a small mattress or camp pad, as these old campers cushions ain't what they used to be! All that being said the price and location are perfect for a between camping and glamping style experience.

Glorious host and amazing farm tour. Great price, near lakes and beach lakes, fun fishing and there is an option for kayak fun the lakes. Great eggs with fire pit and kitchen, water, outdoor shower, drinking water and perfectly fine outhouse. There is also well water for other uses!

This place is really an amazing place. I found it to be very cozy and pleasant. Don’t question it you should absolutely book a stay here. The host was extremely hospitable, they gave me a full tour in the morning and I got to meet all of the animals and their awesome personalities. Absolutely beautiful experience. Great value. Will definitely be back. We will try the cabin next time we can. Used the camper this time. Camper had heat. Its quiet up there and Absolutely beautiful. Emus were fun to watch and just coming running when they see you. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Weather was a little chilly Saturday but thats not their fault and the fact the heat worked was helpful. One small note. If you have physical disabilities, it can be alot of walking but you can drive your vehicle right to the toilet. Everything else is some walking.

We loved staying at the Star Lee Farm. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband and I. There was enough firewood for us to have a fire all day the one day and a few shorter ones as we needed other days. The walk to the outhouse was short and the views for that area to the surrounding mountains and trees was beautiful. The cabin was remote, we could see the other one through the trees if we tried but no one was staying there. They checked in via message a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything and restocked the bathhouse halfway through our stay. We were just a short drive from hiking at a state park which was great.

Great stay! The cabin was exactly as described and offered the perfect escape from the crowds. The interior was cozy with everything you needed for a stay regardless of timeframe; Theresa was incredibly communicative and welcoming. Super cozy, relaxing, and beautiful surroundings with a kind & responsive host. The bed and the sofa are extremely comfortable, and the in-cabin stove and solar-powered mini fridge are very convenient. The heater keeps the cabin nice and warm on colder nights, too. My husband and I loved having our "mini moon" here, building a campfire, lounging on the porch, walking the trails, and greeting the animals! Would love to come back in the summer.
