Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area for serene enjoyment and private meditation.
Each camp site has a small private firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season.
There is a wooded site, an open site for self contained campers and tent campers, the "lil log cabin" and a large open grassy area, fun for children or dogs to recreate.
How about camping in a Vintage Camper! We have on its own site a 1965 Trotwood, canned ham style camper. This cozy piece of the past is restored for nostalgic reflection. It has fine appointments, kitchenette, indoor private potty. She will sleep 4 comfortably.
Or, stay in 'little log cabin' our cozy and complete cottage with full kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, and a pull out sofa, extra cot and pack and play. (Sleeps 4).
There are many parks, conservation reserves and nature trails to hike nearby. Your can bike along farm roads in the area and find places to have your picnic lunch. Forgot some supplies?- within 3 short miles are many shops, services and resturants, many deliver.
Several varieties of wildlife are in the area: you will spot eagles, white tail deer, racoons, wild turkeys and red fox, to name a few, while you stroll, bike or drive throught the area.
Stop at the many creeks and enjoy the vibrant sounds of the bubbling waters; fish, frogs , turtles, blue heron and the many critters who habitate the waters.
For birders there are over 75 species of birds within a short walk. During changes of seasons you can often see many birds in flight migrating to far away places. Bring your binoculars and camera.
For you shop and antique explorers, just a short drive to the Delaware River and its quaint villages only 10 miles away: Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown. Boutiques, art studios, antique shops and restaurants .
Enjoy any one of the many local Brewers, Distileries and vineyards all within a short drive of Oak Grove Acres.

Cabins have a rustic outdoor shower available May-October. Please inquire for camper vans and pop ups.
- FIREWOOD: Due to the threat of invasive pests, we ask that you do not transport wood onto the grounds. We have firewood for sale for $7 per crate. You can pick and crate your wood at the wood pile on the grounds at your convenience. Please bring cash if possible or get in touch at the end of your stay to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
-We have a variety of wildlife in the area, including BLACK BEARS. Please follow 'Leave No Trace' protocols and be mindful of trash and food throughout your stay. Keep your coolers in your vehicles and take garbage to the dumpster frequently. We have a dumpster available to you on the grounds.
-Check in is contactless. Upon booking, you will receive directions to your site.

I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life.
The camp consists of 13 acres abutted by 100's of acres of state park land.
There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, and multiple park benches located throughout the property.

Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area for serene enjoyment and private meditation.
Each camp site has a small private firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season.

Several varieties of wildlife are in the area: you will spot eagles, white tail deer, racoons, wild turkeys and red fox, to name a few, while you stroll, bike or drive throught the area.
Stop at the many creeks and enjoy the vibrant sounds of the bubbling waters; fish, frogs , turtles, blue heron and the many critters who habitate the waters.
For birders there are over 75 species of birds within a short walk. During changes of seasons you can often see many birds in flight migrating to far away places. Bring your binoculars and camera.
For you shop and antique explorers, just a short drive to the Delaware River and its quaint villages only 10 miles away: Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown. Boutiques, art studios, antique shops and restaurants .

- FIREWOOD: Due to the threat of invasive pests, we ask that you do not transport wood onto the grounds. We have firewood for sale for $7 per crate. You can pick and crate your wood at the wood pile on the grounds at your convenience. Please bring cash if possible or get in touch at the end of your stay to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
-We have a variety of wildlife in the area, including BLACK BEARS. Please follow 'Leave No Trace' protocols and be mindful of trash and food throughout your stay. Keep your coolers in your vehicles and take garbage to the dumpster frequently. We have a dumpster available to you on the grounds.

There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, and multiple park benches located throughout the property.

The House
This cozy mountain retreat is perfect for relaxation and mindfulness, nestled in the beauty of the State Forest. Featuring a retro vibe from the late 1970s to early 1980s, it offers cathedral A-frame ceilings, wooden beams, a wood-burning fireplace, and a jacuzzi for two. Enjoy a wooded backyard with a creek, outdoor grilling, a fully equipped kitchen, and WiFi for streaming or Zooming.
It's just a 4-minute drive to the clubhouse, which has a hot tub, pools, and tennis courts, as well as a seasonal restaurant with scenic views and entertainment. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even walk to the clubhouse while enjoying a bit of hillwalking!

The Community
Great community amenities with hiking, rivers, mountains, wildlife, waterfalls, restaurants, and shopping just 1h 40m from NYC. Kids can explore playgrounds, and there's a one-mile lakeside hiking and biking trail, all with 24/7 security.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, high ceilings, a jacuzzi tub, and a balcony overlooking the creek. The first floor offers two additional bedrooms with full-size beds and a shared bathroom. Additionally, there are three twin air beds and a twin floor mattress available.
The living room includes a sofa sleeper and a love seat, with a deck providing a view of the Saw Creek stream. Best for singles or small groups.
The Eating Area includes a counter aisle, coffee table, and outdoor dining setup. The kitchen is well-equipped and suitable for vacation cooking, with a space for food prep.

Roundstone is a special place. Buckhorn cabin was cozy and clean. The outside area was well-maintained and the porta-potties were clean and a very short distance away. The land is beautiful — the pond, stream, little waterfall and evergreens were wonderful. The area felt peaceful and secluded. We took long walks, enjoyed meals at the outside picnic table and inside table, and had fires (and appreciated the convenience of being able to buy firewood on the honor system). With temps into the mid-30s at night, I was worried we’d be cold, but the space heaters kept us warm. We hope to be back soon.

Weekend Trip to FernRock Retreat
I loved everything about Fernrock. I woke to the beautiful winding brook and the mossy rocks, did yoga with the sunrise. Everything was so intentional and lovingly infused on the property. I was at a workshop during the day and Sandy and John were so kind to make a fire for me to arrive back to. A beautiful space to be in nature.

Weekend Trip to Oak Grove Acres
I loved this cabin!!! You literally only need to show up with food and clothing. Everything else is there. Whatever you need to cook or be comfortable with is there. The hosts are super helpful when I had questions through the app. Took a nice relaxing weekend with my friend and we loved it.

3 nights at Riverside Hideaway
This is my first cabin camping in a long time and this place is really nice. The cabin is cozy and offers electricity. We are used to bringing our own supplies for camping and we were relieved to see most essentials were supplied. The hot plate and folding table were great for making meals, along with the fire pit.
I really enjoyed the privacy and and hospitality of the host, who gave us the most delicious potatoes and onion from their garden.
There is a train that comes by, but I'm telling you it is nothing that disturbed our stay.

This was a most wonderful experience on a lovely property hosted by such a kind family. We very much enjoyed our two nights there (even in the cold). The cabin is quaint and had all we needed off the grid to really feel disconnected. We highly recommend this space, land, and family welcoming to all tent campers who once in awhile need a comfort space in inclement weather. A blessed place!

Lovely place for a peaceful retreat for a chilly November weekend, even with a 5 year old. Sandy and John were such kind and welcoming hosts. The red cabin is an updated church camp cabin, with electric radiators and a modern wood stove for heat, a pretty cool composting toilet (indoor), sink+shower, simple kitchen with induction stove, and 2 bedrooms with linens and towels. Our 5-year old loved the tree house, fairy house, labyrinth, meditation stations, boat and Pooh's house and library. And we got really good at shuffleboard! Would definitely recommend and would like to go back.

We had weekend trips at Bern’s place and it was wonderful. Cabin is really cozy and had everything needed. Everything was properly marked for convenience. My kid had a wonderful time hiking and watching horses.

The awesome book selection, incredibly comfortable bed, the amazing shower, the vast land of trails behind it all paired with quirky/cozy decor are only a few of the warm takeways from this experience. Kat swiftly responded to us and answered all our questions promptly. We enjoyed it here so much we decided to extend our trip in the middle of it. We loved our stay at Kat’s land in her cozy and quaint cottage. It has the perfect layout for sleeping, relaxing by the fireplace, making food (and roasting smores!) We couldn’t have picked a more perfect time to visit - the fall colors were on full display. I selected to have fresh eggs and two bundles of firewood which was very convenient. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of fresh towels and blankets for all. We loved how stocked the bookcase was with books and games for all ages! The best part of the cabin was getting to hike down to the small creek and trails. It was just perfect and the whole house is quite convenient to town. We enjoyed our stay!
