1 night at Camp Colton

Camp Colton is an awesome place to visit! Their property is large and has a lot of activities to explore (animal petting area, trails on the property, and a fishing pond). They've got a variety of awesome structures including cabins, a tiny home, yurts, and a communal covered fire pit gazebo. The Beehive cottage met my expectations perfectly, it was clean, warm, and tucked into the trees right by a creek that runs through the property. It was perfect for a quick getaway, while providing comfortable amenities during a cold and rainy Oregon fall evening. The bed is perfectly comfortable, and was made prior to my arrival. The host provided towels and linens, I didn't need to bring anything extra. Additionally, there is a covered back patio which is a perfect spot to sit out and listen to the babble of the creek and wildlife spot. I would recommend a stay here!

Weekend Trip to Crooked Finger Farms

The Guest House on the Farm is such a lovely and cozy place to stay! We experienced a power outage for 15+ hours from the storm, but Kristin made us feel safe and at so at home. Having all of the candles lit up around the house made the place even cozier. We loved how spacious the farmhouse was and seeing the beautiful fall leaves outside of the big windows. We also loved the close proximity to Silverton - such a sweet town! Hoping to come back to this hidden gem again to enjoy the cedar hot tub!

Was the perfect place to relax and get away. Felt very welcomed upon arrival and was just what we needed for a home away from home. Recommend adding breakfast to your stay if you can afford, food was delicious and had fun talking with other guests. We booked the luxury tent and it was not only cute but very comfy! We truly loved where we stayed one night. We were welcomed as we parked at the guest parking lot, and toured all the amenities. There were pools and hot tubs though we didn’t use. I think a family with kids would love this place too. We stayed at the luxury tent which is very private and distant from the others. Bedding was wonderful! Clean and soft! We were able to have a good sleep the night. We loved the huge space in front of the tent where we played with our dog. One thing I should mention in addition to previous comments is we liked that we do not share the toilet with others. So clean and everything was set up so right and the best. This is the first place that I want to book again later!

It’s so secluded and cozy, the hosts are amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and more. You get far more than just a place to stay, you get a whole experience. We really enjoyed our time at Miranda’s farm. My daughter enjoyed the grapes, pools, and (plastic) ax throwing game. I enjoyed the little paths through the grass, a bench to enjoy sunset, and the relative isolation of our tent from the rest of the camping area. Our dog loved that she was allowed to roam and explore. A large field of dry grass (late Aug!) gave us lots of space for the dog and to lay around and watch sunset and the stars. There were all sorts of glamping perks, too! This place is super close to downtown Molalla, so it was easy to run out for ice and other supplies. The host is extremely kind and helpful, even giving me some insights into some off the grid living!

We loved staying in Trent’s little cabin oasis! The bed was comfy, the hot tub was extremely fun and relaxing, the hammock was where my wife spent most of her time, while I spent my time cooking and playing fetch with our dog. I’d certainly recommend this place to friends! The cooking supplies really helped, and there were little things like salt/pepper, the bedside fan, fresh water, ice, tiki torches, and coffee that made our stay even better. Trent and his wife were super friendly with our dog, which we always appreciate! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay in the Safari Tent with our two grandchildren aged 5 and 8. They loved the pool and the beautiful field to run around in. Sotero was welcoming and a delightful host. The place has lots of fun touches. We brought a camp stove and cooked for ourselves. The small refrigerator in the tent was very handy, as was the accessible warm water for clean up. Highly recommend.
