My boyfriend and I camped here with the intent to visit Brookings OR, the campground was so beautiful we didn't end up going lol! Dar, the campsite host, was super friendly and welcoming. The animals are really friendly and we loved staying here. Amenities included flush toilets, hot showers, kitchen area with power, shared firepit. We're already planning our next trip here!

Our night staying at Ossia was very nice having 2 bathroom facilities, one with a shower was very. i liked the animals and the garden is pretty. our host was very accomodating and was helpful giving us directions on where to get things and town and where to go to see the sunset on the beach. i would recomend this site for its facilities and quiet surroundings as well the friendly host

My daughter and I car-camped at Ossia Farm and had the best time! The family who owns the property is so sweet and welcoming and Dar, the farm manager, is the most hospitable and kind person I think I have ever met! He let my teen daughter join right in with helping with the animals, he helped her pick her own salad from the garden for dinner, took us on a walk through the redwoods at the back of the property, and made our stay absolutely delightful. Thank you!

I absolutely lovedddd the Clever tiny home. I stayed for 3 nights while I was working in the area, and although I was alone, it's also the perfect size for two people. Everything was so clean, the whole park is so quiet even though it's right next to the highway, and everyone was so friendly. It's just a great spot for a comfy bed, warm shower, and a good meal! I will 1000% be staying here again when I'm in the area! Also all of the trails nearby in the redwoods/down to smith river are easy to access and there's a little store and gas station right there at the entrance to the RV park. :)

My daughters and I loved our stay at Ossia’s Village Farm. Hanya was warm and welcoming and Dar was so helpful and showed us the many wonderful things at camp. We loved feeding the cows, goats and sheep each morning. The shower in the greenhouse was an experience. My first experience camping was amazing at Ossia’s and we look forward to coming back if we’re back in the area.

We truly enjoyed my stay on the Ossia Village Farm. I felt welcome, safe and blessed by the abundance of the farm. My host Dar was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and peaceful guy. He was truly delightful 😊. The farm is very unique and I learned a lot as well. I love gardening myself, so it was a special treat to be camped in harmony with the land. The facilities were super clean and more then I'd expected. A shower in the greenhouse added bonus!
I eat fresh greens from the greenhouse and fresh duck eggs in the morning. I helped feed the neighboring highland cows, they are so beautiful and such gentle creatures. My little dog was welcomed. He enjoyed his sniffs around the treble cleft and redwoods. We truly enjoyed a peaceful stay. ✌️ Thank you Hanya for your great communications and opening 🙏 ❤️ your lovely farm to us. We were blessed to stay with you.

I've been waiting until I have some uninterrupted time to sit down and write a review of my stay at Ossia Village Farm. That time doesn't seem to be forthcoming, and maybe it's just as well since you're not here for a novel, just a quick review. My friend Jo and I have stayed a number of Hipcamps over the past few years and have had uniformly great experiences. But none come close to the experience of staying at Ossia Village Farm. The second I pulled into the gate, I knew that I was going to be sad to leave when the time came. Between the cows, goats, chickens, dog and free range children, entertainment was on tap. Hanya and Dar were hosts of the highest order. We picked potatoes and cooked them for breakfast and had off-the-vine cucumbers with our lunch. The property is beautifully stewarded and fellow campers made the experience all the richer, swapping stories, roasting marshmallows...it was instant, if temporary, community. The surrounding areas are full of surprises and easy access swimming opportunities. And I was right...I was sad to leave. Many many thanks to Dar, Hanya, and all the amazing kids who made our stay even better.
