Book both sites for extra large groups or if you need more space/privacy. There is no electricity or running water in the cabin, however a generator can be rented if it is desired. Potable water is also available if you bring a jug to fill. A portable toilet is available on-site. Take advantage of the opportunity to go fishing, swimming, or launch your boat/kayak/tube. Brent & Tabitha's land is beautiful and serene, I had an amazing stay at the bunk house! I like to go out of town for New Year's Eve to get my dogs away from the fireworks and this place was exactly what I was looking for. They were so kind, showed me how to use the generator and started a fire in the wood stove for me. I definitely recommend buying some of their meat, it's very high-quality! My dogs and I had a wonderful, quiet stay here, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and unplug.

Comfortably and cozy for two ppl. Short drive to beach and downtown. Very thoughtful staff, they called me to update about the room access during off hours. Basic Kitchen space and equipment is available. Bathroom was comfortable for us, but if anyone is above 6’2” might have to hunch during shower. We are two ppl with one dog.

StellaBlue and I had the Best New Years 2026, enjoyed Moses the Donkey Oso much ❣️ I can't even tell you all how BEAUTIFUL the inside is and I never slept in till 9AM! BUT the best of it all is MISS MICHELLE 🪽 Oh my Heavens She is a 🙏🪽ANGEL 😇 The next morning, I met All the Horses and Stella met her Dogs, they had a blast ❣️❣️❣️

The cabin at Sarah’s place is awesome. It’s warm and cozy with thoughtful touches and the rushing river is blissful. Seeing the salmon spawning and jumping was an extra treat. We loved our stay and are already planning a return trip. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful - by far the best hosts we have ever encountered on Hipcamp. Thankyou Sarah!!!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property in the Witches Cabin. My daughter and I explored around the property and we had the best time. Dionne is a amazing host that helped us find the location and also came out to make sure we were all good at our campsite later on in the night. I recommend going to this hipcamp any time!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was cozy, the river view was beautiful, and having the chickens around (plus renting Butters the cat!) made it extra fun. 🐓🐾 The campfire setup was perfect, and the hosts were awesome! Staying at the flying f ranch was so relaxing and refreshing. The cows did make their way up to the cabin and it was so cool getting to watch them. Brent and Tabitha showed us up to the cabin and were very nice, they were welcoming and had a beautiful property! Definitely get some steaks, eggs and ground beef!! They were delicious!! The porch sitting is awesome as well!

We booked a last minute trip and it was a great stay. We booked the cabin and it was nice and cozy with a 1 minute walk to the river. Also the bench and grill which definitely came in handy. Finding the location was easy as well. We did the hot tube option and enjoyed it outside on the deck. Easy to use and nice to be under the trees. Definitely would recommend or stay again.

Tillamook
A short drive from Beaver, Tillamook is home to a number of museums as well as a forest center and a popular creamery offering tours and plenty of cheese samples. The coastal city also has plenty of great dining options where seafood takes center stage.
Along the Oregon Coast
Camping in and around Beaver gives you easy access to miles of beautiful Oregon coastline. Nearby highlights include Tierra Del Mar and Cape Lookout State Park.
The Van Duzer Corridor
South of Beaver lies the Van Duzer Corridor, a beautiful stretch of forest part of the greater Willamette Valley AVA. Here you'll find a handful of tasting rooms and wineries serving up the local specialty: Pinot Noir.
When to go
If beautiful views are what you are after, the Oregon Coast is fantastic any time of year, but the late spring and summer months are generally best, when it’s less likely to be rainy. Summer in particular is ideal for camping in the region, although it’s important to note that campsites fill up quickly and first-come, first-served sites can be difficult to secure, particularly during summer vacation. Things calm down a bit after Labor Day.
