Relatives' Land is an opportunity for Delphine, who currently owns the property and all of us visiting, to enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and learn about the amazing bio-diversity of the area. On the land you will find some flat, prairie land that are used for gardening and chicken raising. There is also an old orchard with 15 plus apple and pear trees. Campers are welcome to harvest apples and pears in the fall when they are in season! Half of the land, 2.5 acres is a forest of pine and alder trees which hosts incredible wild life: a family of fox, Northwest bats, Northern Pygmy owls, Spotted owls, Northern flickers, Pileated woodpeckers, red ants, deer, elk, rabbits, snakes, mice and million more insects and birds. The land also has an incredible variety of mushrooms, mostly non-edible though, and ferns and mosses.

My partner and I absolutely loved the time we spent at this site. Jeremy (our host) was there to greet us on day 1 to show us the lay of the land. Jeremy's enthusiasm while showing us around let us know he was truly sharing something special. We had our choice of 3 fire pits and multiple places to pitch our tent. We chose to set up by the middle fire pit and use "the pit" fire pit.( Located in a cozy crater)
Very close by our tent was a waterfall that provided the perfect soundtrack for our whole stay. I was shocked at how well we both slept.
It was easy to get lost looking at all the large rock formations, moss, lichen, and trees around us.
It was simply magical.

Pit Fall Campgrounds was the perfect getaway for me, my two dogs, and friend. You can hear some road noise, but it’s not too distracting. We all left feeling refreshed after our stay, and Jeremy was very welcoming and easy to talk to.

This is an amazing place! The host is lovely, the campsite is beautiful, and the tree tent is a lot of fun. The site is surrounded by forest, and it has a lot of nice personal touches, like freshly picked flowers, that make it feel extra special. It's a quiet, peaceful spot. I definitely recommend staying here!

Came back with the whole family, dogs included for a second weekend of fun and adventure before school starts. Our kids range from 4 to 12 and they all had a great time exploring and creating. The dogs had just as much fun and are more tired than I’ve ever seen them. Such an awesome place to camp out!

This spot is as good a place as Delphine is a host (which is really good). I loved staying here - the childlike fun and wonder of a tree tent; Thumper, the dog; the beautiful land. Highly recommend opting for the home cooked meal, as Delphine is an amazing cook. I hope to return, and I highly recommend!

My partner and I fell in love with all the gorgeous pictures of the site and surroundings. A couple days after booking we unfortunately got sick! But Jeremy was so awesome and understanding when our plans changed unexpectedly. As soon as we are well and able, we will be booking with Jeremy. Can't wait to get out there when we do.

Jeremy’s place was really nice as an escape for the weekend. We set up our cooking and the main hangout inside the quarry and had our tents outside. It worked really well.
The 5 kids we had with us had so many things to explore including: finding a Moon Fairy house, a Slug Kingdom, multiple deer and rodent skulls, catching crayfish, climbing rocks, creek wading, building fairy houses, searching (and finding) a pair of owls, picking blackberries and pink huckleberries.
It is a rustic site - and that’s exactly what we wanted. Can’t wait to go back.

It was amazing camping on Jeremy’s land. Really beautiful area and very peaceful. We were able to have our vehicles parked right next to where we placed the tents for power. Jeremy met us when we arrived and walked us around his 9+ acres of land showed us some hiking trails. He was such a sweet host and very thoughtful. We had the whole area to ourselves. We loved it so much we plan on visiting again soon.
