Come join us out in our little slice of country paradise, 30 acres of natural prairie and woodlands nestled on the highest peak in the county overlooking the historic Twin Mounds Valley. Not too far from home, but just far enough to feel like an adventure, we are conveniently located 20 minutes outside the quaint college town of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our sites offer both large open areas for vehicles and activities paired with private wooded forest for tents and seclusion. Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

PARK RULES
**Heated Hose Required November 1st - April 30th** Long-term guest must insulate hydrant to stay connected to water.
We background check all long-term guests, no exceptions.
-CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is at 1pm. If for any reason this will not work for you please contact us! Failure to pay the bill or vacate the premises at the end of a paid term will result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. No parking on the grass please, we have extra parking by the dumpster.
-TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.
-NO window air conditioners are permitted on RV
-NO Washing of Cars or RVs
-UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.
-NOISE REGULATIONS: This park strictly enforces quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.
-SEPTIC/SEWER: This park is on a septic tank. The septic system will only handle human waste and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH!! Hygiene products should never be flushed.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK AT THE PARK! We understand general vehicle maintenance will happen from time to time and that is perfectly fine. We strive to keep our park as clean and sightly as possible for everyone.
-CHILDREN: We absolutely allow and want children at our park. If you have children please never leave them unattended, we are not responsible for any accidents. If children make a mess it is your job to clean the mess up, no excuses. ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at dark.
-PETS: Non aggressive pets are welcome at the park with proof of rabies shots. Pet owners are expected to dispose of any pet litter in a prompt manner. Pets fall under noise regulations and will not be allowed to be outside making noise while others try to sleep. Pets will also be treated humanely at our park. No animals should be tied up at any location in the park at any time! We are located in the country so there is plenty of room to take your pet for a proper walk. If an accident occurs with a pet the owner will claim full responsibility and the park will be held unaccountable.
-VISITORS: Visitors are welcome at our park any time. Please remember that guests need to park in an area that does not restrict other guests ability to navigate the park. You are responsible for your guests and their actions!
-PROBLEMATIC TENANTS: All problematic tenants will be asked to leave immediately or the Payne County Sheriffs Office will be called immediately to assist them. Respect your neighbors, they paid to be here just like you!
-GENERAL: We do allow propane fire pits, Grilling outside is perfectly fine as long as it is done with an actual grill and fire restrictions/ bans are followed. No junk around the camp, trash, etc. We have a dumpster in place and expect everyone in the park to place their trash in it. Long term guests are welcome as long as they keep a neat/clean camp. The park does not and will not insure any tenant for damages or losses while at the park. All laws will be followed at the park including gun laws, no exceptions! Park insurance prohibits the use of any electric heater, ALL HEATING MUST BE DONE -WITH PROPANE OR THE DESIGNED HEATING SOURCE! Space heaters are not covered by Park Insurance or RV Insurance policies. Your safety and happiness is important to us! We promote a family friendly environment with large park areas for families to enjoy, all we ask is that you clean up after!

Come join us out in our little slice of country paradise, 30 acres of natural prairie and woodlands nestled on the highest peak in the county overlooking the historic Twin Mounds Valley. Not too far from home, but just far enough to feel like an adventure, we are conveniently located 20 minutes outside the quaint college town of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our sites offer both large open areas for vehicles and activities paired with private wooded forest for tents and seclusion. Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

PARK RULES
**Heated Hose Required November 1st - April 30th** Long-term guest must insulate hydrant to stay connected to water.
We background check all long-term guests, no exceptions.
-CHECK IN/OUT: Check in/out is at 1pm. If for any reason this will not work for you please contact us! Failure to pay the bill or vacate the premises at the end of a paid term will result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. No parking on the grass please, we have extra parking by the dumpster.
-TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.
-NO window air conditioners are permitted on RV
-NO Washing of Cars or RVs
-UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.
-NOISE REGULATIONS: This park strictly enforces quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.
-SEPTIC/SEWER: This park is on a septic tank. The septic system will only handle human waste and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH!! Hygiene products should never be flushed.
-ABSOLUTELY NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK AT THE PARK! We understand general vehicle maintenance will happen from time to time and that is perfectly fine. We strive to keep our park as clean and sightly as possible for everyone.
-CHILDREN: We absolutely allow and want children at our park. If you have children please never leave them unattended, we are not responsible for any accidents. If children make a mess it is your job to clean the mess up, no excuses. ALL CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult at dark.
-PETS: Non aggressive pets are welcome at the park with proof of rabies shots. Pet owners are expected to dispose of any pet litter in a prompt manner. Pets fall under noise regulations and will not be allowed to be outside making noise while others try to sleep. Pets will also be treated humanely at our park. No animals should be tied up at any location in the park at any time! We are located in the country so there is plenty of room to take your pet for a proper walk. If an accident occurs with a pet the owner will claim full responsibility and the park will be held unaccountable.
-VISITORS: Visitors are welcome at our park any time. Please remember that guests need to park in an area that does not restrict other guests ability to navigate the park. You are responsible for your guests and their actions!
-PROBLEMATIC TENANTS: All problematic tenants will be asked to leave immediately or the Payne County Sheriffs Office will be called immediately to assist them. Respect your neighbors, they paid to be here just like you!
-GENERAL: We do allow propane fire pits, Grilling outside is perfectly fine as long as it is done with an actual grill and fire restrictions/ bans are followed. No junk around the camp, trash, etc. We have a dumpster in place and expect everyone in the park to place their trash in it. Long term guests are welcome as long as they keep a neat/clean camp. The park does not and will not insure any tenant for damages or losses while at the park. All laws will be followed at the park including gun laws, no exceptions! Park insurance prohibits the use of any electric heater, ALL HEATING MUST BE DONE -WITH PROPANE OR THE DESIGNED HEATING SOURCE! Space heaters are not covered by Park Insurance or RV Insurance policies. Your safety and happiness is important to us! We promote a family friendly environment with large park areas for families to enjoy, all we ask is that you clean up after!

Had a wonderful Campsgiving at the beautiful Quail Vally Farm. Hosts were helpful and super friendly.
We tent camped, but the place seemed like it would be a lovely place for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. You can tell that the place is set up for events. There are a few nice little ponds to fish and a real nice disc golf course. We’d never played before but our host Laura let us borrow a few discs, and one of our kiddos played for hours at a hole near our campsite. There’s plenty of space to roam and hike around, the property is well maintained. We really enjoyed the local wildlife, there were so many birds!
We were especially thankful for the nice facilities. I would highly recommend this Hipcamp, for a large gathering of any kind, there’s something for everyone here.

Jackson was great, and the grounds were just what I needed. We were in town for the grand departure of the Mega Mid South, and we needed a place to stage and car camp before the race. Jackson was friendly and accommodating, provided us with a fire ring and let us set up wherever we wanted. Didn't get to explore the trails, but the grounds were secluded in the woods, so I am sure they were nice. I'll be back for Mid South in March!

Hunter had an incredible time on the Eric McCabe disc golf course, playing several rounds over the course of a 10 day stay and meeting a great group of new friends. He called it one of the most challenging and well-designed courses he’s ever played. He also caught several bass right off the bank near our campsite - just a few feet from the camper.
For my part, the Wi-Fi access was a lifesaver. We all experienced some internet hiccups during our stay, but that was due to a rare, widespread outage affecting two towers at once (per T-Mobile). Laura and Robbie went above and beyond to stay in touch and make sure I could continue working comfortably despite the issue. Once things were back online, the connection was strong and steady.
Ryan, Robbie, and Laura couldn’t have been kinder. They even offered us dinner our first night, which says a lot about the kind of people running this place. The property itself is beautiful - one of the nicest we’ve stayed at - and we were lucky enough to be there for the duck release, which was a real treat to see.

This was such a special place, and we loved the wooded seclusion of site 5. The hammock was a treat for our daughters, and our dogs loved roaming around off leash. The trails and property are so well maintained, and the owners were incredibly hospitable. We'll definitely be back!

Would 100% come again! The space was clean and well organized. Host was extremely helpful and laid-back. Our dogs loved all of the room outside to roam and play. Site feels isolated and quiet but close enough to town to get what you need.

We had a great time at site 2. Easy access to the composting toilet (which is awesome!) for my toddlers and it was nice and open for them to run around. The picnic table, hammocks, and grate for cooking over the fire were awesome additions as well!! We will definitely be back, and are excited to try out the more primitive camping sites Ash has to offer!

Beautiful space! Campsite was very well maintained and tucked away. Directions were easy and the map they included helped a lot. I usually camp alone and I felt very safe here. Will definitely be booking again for the fall & winter!
