Good directions to facility. Clearly marked parking spots and electrical hook ups. Long hose was available for filling water tank (we did not use due to cold weather). We arrived late (9 p.m.), which was a non-issue; many places have a set time frame for arrival. The automatic spot lights on the barn really helped, as it was quite dark. Parking spot was coarse gravel with no need to level. Lots of area to walk the dog. Mini donkeys were nearby and very friendly. Hosts were in contact with us along the way, offering to help with hook ups and to meet us despite the late hour. Very friendly and accommodating. Quiet. Highly recommend!

Jackson was a wonderful host, very good communication and helpful to make sure we were in a good site. We were a late booking and he was great at letting us know where to go. The ground was soft, it was clean and relatively quite. We loved it! Beautiful spot.

Jackson was great, and the grounds were just what I needed. We were in town for the grand departure of the Mega Mid South, and we needed a place to stage and car camp before the race. Jackson was friendly and accommodating, provided us with a fire ring and let us set up wherever we wanted. Didn't get to explore the trails, but the grounds were secluded in the woods, so I am sure they were nice. I'll be back for Mid South in March!

Would 100% come again! The space was clean and well organized. Host was extremely helpful and laid-back. Our dogs loved all of the room outside to roam and play. Site feels isolated and quiet but close enough to town to get what you need.

Booked with Jackson due to the fact that I was attending the Calf Fry Festival that was less then 5 minutes away. The communication between us were quickly addressed. The tent location had chosen was moved to a new location due to Oklahoma's ass wanting to dump gallons of rain. Not the fault of Jackson. It was a great time to get away and relax. Walked to the pond and tossed a lure for awhile. Would us again for next year's Calf Fry.

We had a great stay with our group of RVs. The spot was exactly as described—quiet, level ground, and super easy to get set up. Jackson was great to work with and made everything smooth. Would definitely come back if we're in the area again!
