Welcome to our veteran-owned 35-acre ranch just outside of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Whether you’re rolling in with a full-size RV or looking for a peaceful place to pitch a tent under the stars, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy real Oklahoma country living. This property features: * 4 spacious RV pads with full hookups * Full septic hookups * 50 amp electric hookups * Water hookups * Plenty of room for larger rigs, trailers, and boats Beyond the RV pads, we also offer additional camping space throughout the ranch for tent campers, overlanders, hammock campers, small groups, and folks wanting a more traditional outdoor camping experience. Guests can enjoy: * 35 acres of peaceful ranch property * Wide open skies and beautiful sunsets * Campfire-friendly atmosphere * Quiet evenings away from crowded campgrounds * Wildlife and country views * Pet-friendly environment for well-behaved animals As an additional amenity, we also offer guided UTV rides around the ranch for an extra fee. It’s a fun way to explore the property, enjoy the scenery, and experience the ranch a little differently during your stay. Conveniently located near some of the best spots around Stillwater: * 2 minutes from Lake McMurtry * 19 minutes from Lake Carl Blackwell * 6 minutes from Tumbleweed Dancehall & Concert Venue * 10 minutes from Oklahoma State University This is a real working ranch, not a polished resort, and that’s part of the charm.
