Beautiful property. Stayed for 3 nights. Few minor hiccups prior to the stay, but the host was quick to communicate with us. Site is tucked back in a corner of the property and right beside a pond. Would definitely stay here again! Pros: Beautiful outdoor area with lots of space and trees for shade, large fire pit, ducks, horses, turkey, pond, large creek with vast amount of fish, private, Bears Mill Run historic site within walking distance, access to water and 110 electric, off leash pet friendly (just make sure your animal likes ducks!), host close by for any needs that arise. Cons: Little difficult to get back to the site I have a 26ft pull behind so I could see it being more difficult for larger rigs and its a sharp turn to go from the driveway though the fenced pasture, low tree branches on the area you drive through to get back to the site taller rigs would definitely have issues, access to water was turned off the first night then unhooked the following day to water plants and trees and never hooked back up, multiple dogs barking very close by during the day.

This property was the original location of Todd’s Fork Bluegrass Festivals back in the 70’s and is directly on Todd’s Fork with 1/2 mile of River frontage. We reside within the Village of Morrow, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The little Miami Bike Trail is approximately 1/4 mile from our entrance. This property is tucked away and you wouldn’t even know you’re close to town once you’re on site. Valley Vineyards is right down the road to enjoy a bottle of wine and cook your own steak dinner nights. Take a trip to visit Fort Ancient with a day hike. A Native American earthworks complex, the largest hilltop enclosure in the world and soon to be a World Heritage site! Enjoy some canoeing on the Little Miami River a State and National scenic river which is within walking distance. We have kayaks on location for the kids to play in the creek and creeks to hike with numerous fossils deposits. Southwestern Ohio is famous for its Ordovician fossil deposits. Kings Island is approximately 20 minute drive and the Ohio renaissance Festival is near. Caesars creek state park in Cowan lake state park is within a short drive. Smallmouth Bass fishing is awesome on Todd’s Fork and we have plenty of area to Wade fish.

Nice secluded campsites with lots of space and privacy. Fire wood available for $5 for a bundle or you can bring your own, also have excellent cell phone service unlike most state parks in the area. Picnic tables, fire pits and water available and also have a portable idc tote so we can fill your tank at any site. 30 amp and 20 amp outlets at rv sites 1, 2 and 3. Brookville Lake is about 5 minutes away. We have 25 acres with about 3 wooded acres with over 100 sugar maple trees and about 20 acres of flat grass fields plenty of room to hike, just keep in mind we have one horse that is fenced in so please close gates back when you open them. We mow trails for hiking feel free to explore, if you run into a cornfield it's not our property. Att has excellent service at 94mbps download and 11mbps upload, Verizon is good at 36mbps Download and 5mbps upload. We have an outhouse for tent campers And water is available by campsite 1 and we have portable idc tote with city water. We also have 3 indoor/outdoor cats, they like to visit the campground. Direction: Please use SR 44 to country road 450 and go north and take a right at 4 way stop on to Springersville Road and we are about a quarter mile down the road on the left. Little yellow house with 3 eastern white pine tree before the driveway.

For the TITUS RD DISPERSED SITE, I have a 30 day limit (longer is possible if OK'd before stay) Note, we have a rear patio porch and deck on the back of the house that we use and is in sight. 6 dogs between daughter next door (South side of barn) and us but both have fenced in yards that we try to keep the dogs in when campers are present. Dogs are harmless but do bark when they do not know you... City of Springfield is less than three miles away. A Sheets and Loves Truckstop are 300 yards away with the Loves having a dump station. Next door to this property is a BP Station and Carryout. The Loves Truckstop has a Wendys, Subway, and dog park. Sheets also has a food court. All within walking distance. Great location as Columbus is 30 min to the east, Dayton is 25 min to the west. 13 min to I 675 and 20 min to Interstate 75 N/S. I 71 N/S Columbus is 35 min away in downtown Columbus... NOTE: Little over a quarter of a mile off of Interstate 70, and on a State Route, If looking for absolute silence and desolation, this is not for you. Back off of the road but all the sounds carry.....

Please be aware that if we have had a lot of rain, the creek side spots may be too wet and difficult to get back up the hill with the wet grass.  If this is the case, we do have the gravel barn driveway that can accommodate your stay. During peak busy season, the barn drive may have additional guests due to site, weather or general camping conditions. The barn drive offers a view of the creek area about 100 feet away and is about 175 feet from the patio common area. WiFi covering the entire camp and all cellular carriers work great here. 30 Amp electrical in many spots. White tank water fill is available in select locations. Plenty of room for tow vehicle at your camp site. Pet policy: Dogs / pets are certainly welcome subject to the following: No destructive behaviors. (Digging, chewing, etc) No aggressive behaviors. You must have a self contained RV with on board restroom facilities. We have no restroom facilities available. For this reason, we do not offer tent camping.   !! NOTE on camp fire location !! The fire ring provided on the shared creek side patio is the only spot a camp fire, of any kind, can be built. You can also rent a tube from us and go up and down our property or hang out on your tube anchored by the beach. We can also shuttle you upstream on Saturdays and Sundays. You can hike on our property to get scenic views of the Little Miami River Valley or spend time exploring Halls Creek (just down the street), the Fort Ancient Mounds, and others. We know other special local spots we can let you in on, too. We are just a 1/2 mile from the Little Miami Bike Trail and close to Caesar's Creek, Cowan Lake, YMCA's Camp Kearn, and Camp Joy. Plain Folk Music Cafe, Fresh to Morrow, Valley Vineyards, and Little River Cafe, are also short drives if you want to grab a bite to eat and vibe on some cool, local hangouts. Our campsite offers pastures and some wooded trails to walk through while on farm, inviting you to explore the beauty of the countryside at your own pace. For your comfort and convenience, we provide amenities such as an outdoor shower*, fire pit, picnic table, and outhouse with a sink. Whether you're roasting marshmallows around the fire or enjoying a picnic by the creek, our campsite offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. We assure you that the tranquil setting and natural beauty of our farm make it well worth the visit. Our small hobby farm adds to the charm of your stay, with Highlander cows, potbellied pigs, roosters, hens, turkeys, peacocks, and a garden to explore. Feel free to bring along your furry friends, as long as they are friendly with our animals. Located across from Sycamore State Park, our campsite provides close proximity to hiking trails and fishing ponds, allowing you to further immerse yourself in nature's wonders. Downtown Dayton is less than a 30-minute drive away so you'll have the best of both worlds – the tranquility of the countryside and the excitement of the city. We invite you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience the beauty of nature at our charming campsite along Wolf Creek. We look forward to hosting you soon! *The outdoor shower is located on the side of the barn ~ facing the chicken coop. It is not located at the campsite, but you can see it from the campsite and get to it by a short walk. It is solar-powered so the water temperature is weather dependent. It is not available year round due to the Ohio climate.

GloryField Hospitality Farm is a 148 acre active farm and vacation destination. Enjoy your stay and the picturesque view of fields, cow pastures, and wetland pond. Spend your day fishing at the catch & release pond, hiking the 2 miles of mowed trails, you are 3 miles from the Ohio Erie Prairie Bike Trail head. Ask about helping with some of the farm chores. In the evening roast s'mores on a campfire, catch fireflies, or stargaze away from artificial light. The farm is shared space with a variety of short term rental sites; however each site has over 100ft away from each other. The owner Kim also lives on the property in the barn with her 2 golden doodles Scooby & Trixie. GloryField is an active farm so there are also people, vehicles, and farm equipment that have access to the property. They are the only people allowed to drive beyond the driveway. The nearest town of S. Charleston is 3 miles down the road and has a good grocery store, gas station, & dollar stores. Restaurants include Pizza/sub/salads, Chinese, Coffee shop, bakery, & Ice cream (unfortunately no delivery). Other popular destinations are... Cedarville University - 10 Minutes, Yellow Springs & Youngs Jersey Dairy - 20 Minutes. Larger cities of Springfield, Xenia, & London - 30 minutes. Dayton, Columbus, Kings Island, and The Air Force Museum - 1 hour.
