Highly recommend! This cabin is perfect. Not only is it beautiful, but it is clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. The wood burning stove keeps it incredibly warm and cozy in the winter. The property surrounding the cabin is beyond beautiful! There are hiking trails and a stream that can be heard from the cabin's porch. The site is very private and quiet. I also can't say enough good things about the host Craig! Incredibly nice, quick to respond, and willing to whatever to make your trip perfect. I can't wait to go back!!!

Fantastic! Despite some of the drawbacks others have noted, my now fiance and I had a great time! I booked this cabin because of the incredible privacy, and mainly to propose in Hocking Hills! (She said yes 😎) Craig was a very nice host and made sure the cabin was well stocked. Despite no running water it had everything you could think to need, and overall you can tell the cabin was built with safety/comfort in mind. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Craig!

We loved our stay at the A-Frame. It was more secluded than expected which was nice. It is about 1/4 mile from where you park. Logan will help you haul your stuff in his Gator which was super helpful when we were leaving in the rain. We had a peaceful stay and explored Lake Hope State Park, dined at Pleasant Hill Winery, and enjoyed Jennifer's delicious homemade and locally sourced breakfast burritos.

The land was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed one night as a quick stop on a longer trip. Jennifer was very sweet and had the site prepped with water and fire wood for us. the bathroom was clean. The pond was my favorite part.

Weekend Trip to Harvest and Hive Farms

Had a great stay at Stanley's "Mountain Trailer with Views" campsite! We needed a place to stay for a work weekend, and every nearby place was booked up, but at Stanley's we felt we had an even better time than our co-workers who'd gotten a hotel room. The views were beautiful and it was certainly a step up from tent camping! Maybe a little dusty, but the trailer was sanitary with a working stove, comfy beds, and hot water, so we didn't mind. Great potential and a fun weekend getaway - wish we'd had the chance to check out the trails on the property, but we'll be back next time!

We really loved the porch and deck:) perfect to sit outside, watch the sunrise and listen to the nature. What an amazing 4 day trip. We wished we could have stayed even longer! Only complaint was the grill was a little ify with no drip barrier between the flames and the propane tank from a safety stand point.. perfect get away!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend at the Birdhouse Farm Cabin. We truly appreciated the peaceful, secluded setting it was the perfect quiet getaway. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, and the host went above and beyond by providing plenty of fresh drinking water and campfire wood. We’re already looking forward to booking another stay soon!

6 nights at Dexter Run Farms and Lodging

We had a lovely time camping on Adam's stunning property! The Bear Den was impeccably clean with super comfy beds. The cabin has quite literally everything you could need/want. Usually we go a little bit more rustic, but having AC, a TV, and wifi was a nice treat. There was soo much to do. We had a blast fishing in the private pond, swimming in the shared one, having campfires at night with the provided firewood, and going to explore the property a bit on the very well maintained hiking trails. And WOW, they weren't kidding about the starry nights here. Breathtaking. If you're planning to stay here, definitely make sure to pick up groceries/bait for fishing on your way in as you are a ways out from the nearest grocery store/bait shop. Make sure to grab salt, cooking oil, and nightcrawlers. 🪱 Adam was very friendly, we ran into him a few times and he was super welcoming and helpful, but I greatly appreciate that he gave us plenty of privacy. I also got to meet the younger farm dog, which absolutely made my day. You can really tell that they put so much thought and energy into giving you the best stay possible. Thanks again!

We had a fantastic visit to Williams cabin and land! My dog had plenty of woods to explore and my fiancé and I had the peace and serenity we were looking for. I will absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a getaway from the city or just to get out in Mother Nature ! Thank you SO MUCH William, for giving us such an unforgettable memory!

Weekend Trip to Walnut Falls Escape

Craig’s Cabin was awesome, it is a bit of a hike in but to be only 5 minutes from a shore and 12 minutes from town while being surrounded completely by nature with no neighbors to mind is wonderful. If you want nature with peace and quite Craig has done an amazing job! The cabin is comfortable and cozy with plenty of room, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Last but not least… Holy crap Craig is amazing! Friendly, responsive, helpful, and a very down to earth host that makes you feel welcome!
