Bike and Hike the Athens/Belpre Rail Trail right across the street from our driveway. Public boat launch a few miles down the river. The Hocking River flows into the Ohio River about 7 miles downstream.

We are constantly upgrading our property and completing projects to help improve our beautiful piece of land. It started with some simple property cleanup, clearing brush, fixing broken structures, and adding stone for instant transformations. Our goal is to offer our community a local place to visit and enjoy themselves, the great outdoors, fishing, pedal boating, and sitting around a campfire. As well as a close option to stay when you visit our wonderful county. We hope to continue providing this service.
