Less than a five minute drive to the grocery store, and less than a fifteen minute drive to uptown Lexington. Public access for kayaks is less than half a mile away. And the view is unbelievable! We have a corn hole board and bags now available for use, as well as a few other yard games. Please let us know if you are interested in using them. We stopped farming this land long ago but some of his relatives are still farming on the land he use to farm on. I turned the home into The Fab 4 House, furnishing it with authentic Mid-century Modern furniture and naming each bedroom for 1 of the Beatles. I rent it out and it is great for events. However, I needed 1 bedroom accommodations so I purchased 3- 8'x40' shipping containers and turned them into tiny homes. You can rent 1 or all 3. The courtyard in the middle features a Tiki Bar, Beach Scene, Putting Green. I want people to enjoy the in and outside together.

Ohio 11 years ago we didnt know anyone at all. I am a people person, I love music and I was determined to meet some new friends. Our motto: Come as strangers, leave as friends. We were on our 9th Friend Fest until Covid. Over the last few years we have added more amenities to the property. Disc golf, Walking/ hiking trails, fishing, baseball diamond, bonfire pit, 10x14 covered stage, swimming pool, primitive glamping cabin. We also host Nature Education classes on the property. Before you say goodnight, enjoy your dinner and smores over the firepit, (free wood) We have a 14X16 covered stage for entertainment, a 10X10 firepit with surrounding benches. The entire entertainment area and campground sits away from any houses in complete privacy from any neighbors. The cabin and campground is 450 feet away from the house.
