I turned the home into The Fab 4 House, furnishing it with authentic Mid-century Modern furniture and naming each bedroom for 1 of the Beatles. I rent it out and it is great for events. However, I needed 1 bedroom accommodations so I purchased 3- 8'x40' shipping containers and turned them into tiny homes. You can rent 1 or all 3. The courtyard in the middle features a Tiki Bar, Beach Scene, Putting Green. I want people to enjoy the in and outside together.

The Country Club is an ideal spot for a quiet evening under the stars, a peaceful retreat after shows at the Haw River Ballroom, or a basecamp for exploring the river, shops, and restaurants of Saxapahaw. Chapel Hill, Mebane, Hillsborough, and Pittsboro are all just a short drive away.
In addition to camping, we host weddings, reunions, retreats, corporate functions, and other private events, as well as public gatherings throughout the year. As a membership club, we offer members special perks along with opportunities to connect, socialize, and enjoy the "country-club" lifestyle. On arrival you'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. To the barn's side is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a wood-fired grill and farm table, with a handwashing station out front. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof.
We have sheep, pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. Take a walk to say hello, but don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats.
Pork and lamb from our farm (as well as kiln-dried firewood) is available for purchase at our farm store.

The property was so expansive and the Hunter trail was interesting with a little cemetery. Rode mountain bikes close by and visited Lillington and the Cape Fear River. Alicia provided us with extra heaters and lots of blankets since the weather was so chilly

This place is really unique and cute, five stars for creativity.
The good: it’s cool. The bed is super comfy. Hot water and a flush toilet is always a plus.
The meh: it’s a little leaky. The paper coffee cup had been used. Some ants. All things for me are understandable.
All in all ide love to stay again and would recommend this place. Great vibe. Without rain it would have been amazing.

We were four families who spent a weekend at Sugar Neck, and honestly, it was such a perfect escape. Having the entire place to ourselves made it feel extra special — it’s an amazing setup for a group getaway.
The tents are beautiful, super comfortable, and the bathrooms are neat, private, and way nicer than you’d expect for glamping. We couldn’t have asked for more. In fact, we loved it so much we’ve already booked another weekend for next week!
The host was excellent at communicating and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Sugar Neck for anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, group-friendly glamping spot.

Weekend Trip to The Homestead At Little Creek
As a first time solo glamper, this exceeded my expectations. I was greeted by the Megan, her husband, and their dog Myra. Traveling alone can be scary, but Myra was near me all night. She also walked me to the bathroom each time I went. The tent had a heater, as well as a fireplace in the glamping area that I used. In the morning, I got to meet all of the wonderful animals on the farm. With this location being only 30 minutes from Dix park, it’s the perfect place to crash after seeing Thomas Dambo’s trolls! Great for a group camping trip, but I loved doing it solo.

So the experience was beautiful, I was expecting just one tent but was pleasantly surprised with two ! Everything was so clean and neat , I had a wonderful time spending time with God doing some Bible study out in nature. The host was amazing , easy communication, very accommodating. We loved this cabin! The directions were clear- the exterior was so cool- so many places to sit and enjoy relaxation time or conversation. A double kayak was provided for fun exploring. Inside, the place was immaculate! So welcoming and so well presented. Cozy bedrooms, clean and well stocked kitchen. The upstairs loft bedroom was so comfortable- with a comfy chair to put your feet up and read in by big sliding glass doors overlooking a porch. Coffee out on the porch in the mornings was to die for. There were even robes with sleeping masks! My kids and I had an amazing time. Thank you to Anna for a great experience!

I really enjoyed my experience with my family. Everything was clean and well kept. Even with summer, mosquitos weren't rampant. They have 3 or 4 other units on the property and they're all well spaced out. The tent was a great condition. The kitchen included a small fridge and a small coffee maker and some mugs, plates, and bowls. The game room was a lifesaver. Our dog enjoyed her time as well as she got to run around the property to explore. She's good about being called and coming to us, but for others, I'd recommend really knowing your dog because the property isn't fenced in and they could just run off into the woods. Plenty of shaded areas. The game room was a lifesaver because it had room for us to just lounge around and play games and watch TV. Don't judge, we chose glamping this time for a reason! Lol the long swing was fun. We also found a full size corn hole set, ax throwing (plastic), and as much ice as you could need for your stay. It was a wonderful time. The only BIG thing you should consider is how much there is to do in the immediate area (not much). So either plan to stay on property the whole time you're here, or be sure everything is at a reasonable distance. This is a great spot to just get away.
