The hosts and the other guests were so nice! The yurt is so whimsical ❤️ i love the decor. They were also very accommodating with my dog children ☺️ i would most definitely stay here again.

The property was really a great location for our group that were overall new to camping with amenities nearby to pickup groceries or go to a diner when needed! We really enjoyed taking turns on the row boat, and playing card games and monopoly in the cabin area at night. The campsite felt really private, but there was some barking from dogs nearby at night, and sometimes gunshots. Alex, the owner, was very responsive and helpful in finding local activities and resolving any issues we had during the stay!

I enjoyed this site so much! From the soft bedding and heated mattress pad, to the coffee and firewood, this place has everything you need to get away while keeping comfortable. I especially loved the sound of the leaves falling on the tent as I was winding down. Truly such a gem!

We LOVED this site! We knew the weekend was going to be rainy but still wanted a quick getaway. The camper was perfect! No taking down a tent in the rain or setting it back up to dry off when we got home. They had everything we needed. All we had to take were sheets, a blanket and our pillows. The site was secluded. We could hear owls, crickets and frogs. The fire pit with a cooking grate was all we needed. There were extra chairs, a tiki torch with bug repellent, a table and a toilet. The beds were SUPER comfy and there was plenty of room for us and our kids. The creek was crystal clear and the boys loved catching crawdads and looking for fish. When it rained, we played cards under the shelter. Salem was responsive and delivered firewood to our site and had everything ready and waiting for us. We will definitely be back! So glad we found this place and it was available for our last minute trip. This was so much easier on us than our usual camping trips. It really is the best of both worlds!

Weekend Trip to Vital Glamping Garden

This place is excellent. It's a great setup and conveniently located! We're not usually ones for glamping, but not having to take any gear or spend time setting up camp made the short weekend getaway stress-free. It's a great setup in the tent, and we didn't even have to bring our own hammocks. They've got a few games, and an outdoor shower WITH HOT WATER, and probably the cutest (and cleanest) latrine I've ever seen. I've already recommended this place to my mother-in-law and numerous friends. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved it. Perfect place to get away. Awesome creepy “Cabin in the Woods” vibes. When the sun went down the night came alive. We watched Evil Dead 2 in the cabin. This was an amazing trip. I will be booking this exact spot again. Love it!!!

The place was well maintained and was very comfortable. Bring a wagon, but getting gear from car to tent is worth the short, semi-hilly hike down the trail. Jeremy was a fantastic host and was great with communication. Our dog also really loved it there! Very relaxing and peaceful, although we could hear fireworks both nights from the race track. Our dog doesn't care or react to the sound of fireworks, but some may so wanted to add that.

Weekend Trip to Basecamp_outdoors

I brought my friend for his first glamping experience to Basecamp_outdoors and it couldn’t have been better! There is every amenity here to make you feel at home. A full kitchen, hot shower, clean beautiful spacious tent with no bugs, a comfortable bed, a covered kitchen, an out house, a porch and a covered eating area. Plus lighting and heating and cooling. Everything is an easy unload from where you park your cars. Plus, there is an additional area down the path where there is a fire platform. Because it was hot, we skipped the fire and used it more as an extra patio and outdoor room. We spent a lot of time there immersed in the beauty of the forest and sky and listening to the birds and music. The main site is located nearer to the road and we hung a couple of tapestries in the lower eating area for a little extra privacy. The host was very thorough in giving us directions and sending a video to show us how to turn on and use everything. He also checked on us via text through the app to make sure we had everything we needed. It was easily accessible and there is plenty to do in the area as far as hiking and water features. If you’re considering this place, you should book it, I can’t imagine being able to find one better!

Perfect for a trip to Charlotte (~30min away) w/ my partner and dog! The bed in the camper was comfy, bathroom/shower/kitchen was clean, and the site itself was very cute! The host was kind enough to set up the fire pit (after the rain) for us while we stepped out, and was very easy to reach & accommodating! I appreciated that there was a tree tether by the fire pit for my curious dog, which made it so we could enjoy our time by the fire without having to hold her leash. The host also left bottled water which we also appreciated being on the go! It’s the small things that all add up :)
