Our property is a private 25 acre forestry plot connected to an adjoining 130 acre family-owned plot, with only 1 house on the 150+ acres. Most of the land is wooded with a couple large fields. Long private driveway. 3+ miles of private maintained walking trails great for human and dog guests! There are a number of creeks that run on the property and a decent size pond with many species of birds- perfect for watching while having a morning coffee, or for an afternoon stint of fishing.
Close proximity to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill (12-15 minutes), 15 minutes to downtown Hillsborough, and 25 minutes to Durham.

We are a peaceful campsite located along the Greenway Trail 20 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and 10 minutes from Clayton. The farm offers private wooded meadows with direct access to the Greenway for walking and cycling. Campers can either rent a tent or bring their own, choosing between secluded spots, shaded areas, or open spaces. The campsite is accessible via a gravel farm track and is close to the Greenway, river, and main house for bathroom access.

What an amazing place and amazing hosts. Absolutely beautiful and serene with a peaceful ambiance beyond compare. An abundance of space that allows you to just enjoy the outdoors with almost anything you can bring along for fun. First time taking the camper out and I’m so glad we chose this place! Brought our 2 pups with us and they had a blast. Our fur babies were pooped from running around and getting all the snuffs in! The site was lovely, but not as private as I’d hoped. I could see the neighbors, and hear everything from the neighboring campers on the other side of the barn. The property was beautiful. My dog really enjoyed walking around and seeing the donkeys and such. I never did locate the trail. If you pay extra for it, like I did, ask for specific directions for it.

Bekah's camping site was beautiful, my tent was in a circle of trees, pines and hardwoods. The gentle breezes set the stage for a truly relaxing couple of days. Lots of birds to listen to, not buggy, in beautiful meadow. I would definitely stay again. Bekah was warm and friendly, letting me know where to find local services and that she was home and nearby if I had any questions. Just lovely.

This is just what we are looking for in a Hipcamp. Large property with plenty of privacy, well away from the road. We were able to park in the woods and it felt like we were the only ones there. The Trails on the property were convenient to walk our dog. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Emma was so accommodating at the last minute!! I accidentally drove a bit out of my way and thankfully she welcomed me in at 8pm with little notice. She wrote out detailed instructions for me to get into the camp.
Her son, James, was awesome and gave me a tour of their place. He even introduced me to the horses. The land was seriously so special, and something I won’t forget. I’m so grateful I got to stay here and experience it.

This camping site is a well-maintained, peaceful, secluded area. Bekah makes you feel welcome on her property. Having this camping area so close to home is a true blessing. I was only able to spend 1 night. I will be bringing my wife and both puppies next time. The open fields and hiking trails are wonderful for your pets to run and get enjoy the area.

What an awesome campsite! The host was so kind and welcoming and even gave us a tour of their beautiful, tucked-away land. They had some beautiful friendly horses, beautiful open fields, and easy access to the Neuse River Trail which made for some great evening walks. We will definitely be back!
