We’re located on the quiet back side of the Lancaster Reservoir, a beautiful public lake with designated fishing days on Thursdays and Saturdays.
The waters are home to bass, bream, crappie, and catfish. There’s a public boat ramp on the opposite shore, and the lake allows electric motors only — perfect for peaceful days on the water. Kayakers are always welcome!
We’re just minutes from town, with easy access to restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores. Clear Water Cove at Lake Wateree is about 30 miles away, and the Nitrolee access point is only 13 miles from the property. Don’t forget to bring your kayak!

Less than two miles off Interstate 85 at exit 108, and 8 miles from Interstate 74/85 interchange. Beautiful and open spot, especially for those looking for a quick and simple retreat. I stayed for one night and worked part of my workday remotely from my site (using my personal hotspot).
All of the hook ups worked perfectly. My camper was able to sit in the shade of the big trees most of the day.
The site was very level so set up was a breeze.
Would recommend for those passing through or those in need of a reset from the city.
