Stay with us on our beautiful 5.5-acre estate in the heart of Mooresville! We (your hosts) live in our personal residence on-site, along with our friendly dog. Our property offers a wide-open, peaceful atmosphere while being just minutes from the excitement of "Race City USA." The Space (New & Improving!) • The Site: Your parking spot is a level, grassy area situated directly to the right of our existing motorhome carport. It backs up to a serene treeline with views of our sprawling backyard. • A Work in Progress: Please note that this is a brand-new site. We are currently working on upgrades to the area to make it even better for our future guests! • Access: To reach the site, guests will drive across a grass field. Please consider this for exceptionally heavy rigs or during periods of heavy rain. • Capacity: We can comfortably accommodate rigs up to 40 feet in length. Amenities & Hookups • Power: Equipped with a professional 50-Amp (220V) hookup. This provides full power for dual A/C units and all your onboard appliances. • Solo Stove: Enjoy a cozy evening by the fire! We provide a Solo Stove for your use—perfect for a low-smoke, relaxing campfire under the stars. • Pool: Guests are welcome to take a dip in our above-ground pool during their stay. • Water: Fresh water is available via a hose run from our main house for an additional convenience fee. • Sewer: No septic or sewage hookup is available. Guests must arrive with empty tanks. Location Ideally located for race fans and explorers alike. We are within walking or biking distance to downtown Mooresville and just 25 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. Pets We are a pet-friendly property!
