Host met us when we arrived and was super helpful and accommodating! Great location to spend a night or two close to Charlotte. We were staying here because itâs close to where family lives and we wouldnât need a car. A little uneven but we leveled our class C pretty well without too much issue. There is plenty of room to choose where you want to park.

Franklins property was a really nice stay. The trees are beautiful, location convenient and as others have said, it's off a street but still quiet. Franklin made himself available should we have needed anything and was very responsive and flexible with our arrival time.

This Camp met our expectations. We found a level place to park near the trees. The lot next to the campsite is undeveloped. It is close to a busy road, but due to the screening of the trees it didnât bother us too much.

Franklin was amazing. He came right out when we arrived and was giving us advice on where the safest spots were on the property as there were large trees and we were expecting a significant storm. Would recommend to anyone

Nice big yard with choice of where to park. Location was easy to get to, directions were good. Owner met me upon arrival and was very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Although itâs next to the road, it feels kinda private since you can park away from the road. Was not too noisy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Solid location once on site.
I loved the trees and sense of isolation. Host was a great communicator and responsive.
My only suggestion would be to have an area leveled, and a few more pics to explain the entry.
I would 100% stay here again.

Lots of privacy and in a neighborhood with light traffic, so great if you don't want to be bothered but also if you don't want to be in a desolate area. Plenty of space for boondocking behind the airbnb. Slight incline but nothing a few leveling blocks didn't fix. Owner was very friendly and helped me find a spot to park at.
