This is a beautiful facility in the early stages of development but they’ve done everything right. Conveniently location, wonderful size lots and excellent facilities. I really enjoyed being at Paul’s. His property is pristine. It’s beautiful, quiet, and secluded. Paul himself is generous and great company! I was only looking for a layover spot but after my stay this will definitely be one of my future stops. Paul even gave a tour of his own home; an old church he restored himself. 12/10 stay!

The campsite was in a lovely wooded area not too close to the house ( which is actually an old church that Paul converted into a home). Only a few minutes from historic Gold Hill.
Paul, our host was really friendly. Greeted us when we arrived and gave us local eatery tips. His dogs were friendly too! If we come back to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, well-equipped spot to camp. We tent camped at site 2 with our dog and had a nice night among the trees. The other campsites are far enough away for privacy, though we definitely enjoyed being the only ones there. The bathroom is clean and the water stations and sink worked perfectly. We asked for some firewood to be left for us and also helpfully received a firestarter cube. There is a little road noise audible at the site, but it's not loud nor frequent.
