Our farm is a beautiful, private 25 acres with an 1830s house, outbuildings, animals, orchards, gardens, pastures, old trees, wildlife habitat, a spring, and woods. We are located in a rural area and have many different domesticated and wild animals so you may hear diverse animal noises and see or smell animal poop, although we try to keep things clean and tidy. Our neighbors have dogs, cattle, and chickens/roosters and occasionally shoot guns during daylight hours (one neighbor is a sporting club with skeet shooting and hunting dogs) but typically our farm is a quiet and peaceful place. We mow regularly and our rooster and chicken ladies wander far and wide eating bugs but, in the summer, they can't get every mosquito and tick so please plan accordingly for your own comfort.

On arrival you'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. To the barn's side is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a wood-fired grill and farm table, with a handwashing station out front. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof.
We have sheep, pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. Take a walk to say hello, but don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats.
Pork and lamb from our farm (as well as kiln-dried firewood) is available for purchase at our farm store.

They are typically up by 7 am and in bed by 8 pm but are gone most of the day at school (unless it’s summer) and play outside often. We also have one black cat named Smokey who is very friendly and loves to socialize. If you’re not a fan of kids or pets then this may not be the space for you.
Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. Discounts are automatically available closer to the arrival date.
Single-night stays are automatically made available when those are the only remaining nights. Otherwise, a two-night minimum is required.

Other things to note
We have three young children (Ages 4, 6, and 8) that you may see outside or hear upstairs walking around. They are typically up by 7 am and in bed by 8 pm but are gone most of the day at school (unless it’s summer) and play outside often. We also have one black cat named Smokey who is very friendly and loves to socialize. If you’re not a fan of kids or pets then this may not be the space for you.
Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. Discounts are automatically available closer to the arrival date.
Single-night stays are automatically made available when those are the only remaining nights. Otherwise, a two-night minimum is required.

The travel trailer was spacious and comfortable. It is parked next to a driveway. So, expect family and neighborhood activity during your stay. The nearby stream was a great place to chill and relax. Trails and parks are nearby as well as a quick drive to Starbucks. My only complaint is that the Hipcamp listing needs updated. Check-is at 3pm (not 1pm) The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and generous.

Weekend Trip to Container Experience
As far as glamping goes, this is as nice as it gets. It felt more like an Airbnb, with the whole container being painted, decorated, and inclusive of bedding and towels. I had always wondered what it was like to stay in a converted shipping container and it felt very normal, and maybe a step up from a cabin. It's a good spot for a sleep and shower for a day or two, especially if you're looking to visit things in the local area. You'll hear the road a bit and dogs when people bring them, but it really is a good value. The bathroom has the light and fan on the same switch and the fan gets pretty loud. The water pressure is high, and you'll want to bring toiletries, but you get a hand towel, wash clothes and towels. Like others mentioned, the bed is really comfortable.

We wanted a small getaway to take our puppy on her first camping trip, and to have some one on one time as a couple. Wendy was great at communicating and making sure we were settled in on arrival. She initially was going to meet us at the site to welcome us, but we didn't get in until late due to work. There were issues with the showers following the winter, but she informed us ahead of time and had them ready by the next morning when we were onsite for our first full day. The setup is absolutely adorable and unique. It's a peaceful area with a little trail to walk with your dogs and a creek runs alongside the site. They have plenty of places to relax on the site, including a hammock, swinging bench, and chairs set up further down the site. There is a bathroom (the privy) that is very well kept and clean. There are yard games like darts, horse shoes, and badminton to play. There is also a small campe stove and flattop for cooking, or a grate to throw over the fire. This is the perfect in between spot for those who like to touch it but also want relax!

Beautiful spot! This was our first time in the area, and we stayed overnight in the cabin. We loved it—if you’re looking for a peaceful, serene place to relax, this is it. The cabin has a simple aesthetic, very comfortable, and has gorgeous views of the property. Wes was a great host and immediately responded to anything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely be back again soon!

The space was incredibly clean and cosy, offering the perfect blend of comfort and nature that our dogs thoroughly enjoyed exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the company of the friendly resident cats, who made the atmosphere feel even more welcoming. The amenities were top-notch, but what really set this place apart was the flexibility; being able to add guests allowed me to host a birthday brunch for my girlfriend that turned out perfectly. Beautiful property with variety of farm animals and endless relaxation at your fingertips! The cabin is not too far from the host’s home but feels secluded at the same time. They offer as much privacy as you would like while also being readily available to assist. Amazing garden with herbs and nuts to share! They even came out one evening to introduce us to their baby ducks and chickens. Outhouse is clean and well stocked. Absolutely loved cooking on the old stove! Highly recommend this spot! Camp site also looked amazing :)

Weekend Trip to JE Eutopia
I had an amazing stay here and would absolutely come back. This glamping cabin truly had everything you could need for a comfortable getaway generator, fan, lighting, heated blankets, a camp stove, and a great fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. One of my favorite touches was the lovely private bathroom, which made the whole experience feel like the perfect mix of camping and comfort.
As a single woman traveling alone, I also want to mention that I felt very safe and comfortable in the space the entire time, which made the weekend even more relaxing.
The location was perfect. It’s about 30 minutes from Durham, where I went to a comedy show Friday night, and close to beautiful hiking at Eno River State Park on Saturday. It ended up being exactly the peaceful getaway I needed.
It was a beautiful March weekend, and this spot was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy nature, and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing glamping escape. 🌿🔥🥾
