The property is wonderful - beautiful land, lovely campsite setups, great hosts. We came back for a second time and it just kept getting better. The location is wonderful. It’s incredibly quiet — the perfect place to relax and take in God’s creation. 🙌 You can definitely hear a shooting range in the distance, but it’s not overwhelming — just part of the charm of the area. Beautiful farm to visit with sweet animals to meet! Host was so helpful and informative. We loved shopping in the farm store. Very convenient location not far from the highway. We enjoyed our time there and were the only campers. My daughter and I felt very safe as there was plenty of light around the area for campers at night. Please note you should copy the address and put in whatever map app you use instead of clicking on the map link within Hipcamp because that takes you to the wrong location. The only downside was noise from someone target practicing on a Saturday night a distance away. I don’t think anyone staying in a RV would hear it. It didn’t go on too late but was kinda annoying to us because we were ready to go to sleep pretty early. I would recommend this campsite and paying to feed the animals. Very affordable campsite!

Weekend Trip to Private meadow and pond

We love camping at the blueberry farm! This is our 2nd time coming and we really hope to continue going back each year. The property is so peaceful and beautiful, especially in the fall. We love that there's a bathroom and fridge we can use. Our dogs love the pond. We're hope really grateful to Phil for continuing to open his farm to campers. See you next year!

Weekend Trip to Farm Stay at Saxapahaw Country Club

Site is very large, nice view out to pond and sunsets. Add on charge for bathroom is well worth it if you aren’t self contained. Hosts are wonderful and friendly. The place was very peaceful for my weekend stay. Will definitely be coming back again.

Weekend Trip to Brookhaven Mill Farm

I loved camping on Cheryl’s farm! I was able to get fire wood from her and she had it ready for when I arrived. There was a picnic table and fire pit available in one spot but we were welcome to camp anywhere in the designated field. We weren’t able to see any animals because it rained but we still had a great time!

We loved camping at Garden of Eden! Our little girl loved the play/swing set area. It is secluded enough we felt safe. The sites are spacious and water pressure was excellent. Suzanne was an excellent host and very responsive to any needs or questions we had. We really enjoyed our trip! And will definitely be back and will recommend Garden of Eden to anyone!

We absolutely loved this campground! I can’t say enough good things!!! In a quiet country setting it’s a perfect spot for relaxing. The campground itself is beautiful and the grounds are kept exceptionally clean and mowed… the spots are all pull thru gravel and relatively level which is always a huge plus!! We do camp with small children so we love the fact that the playground area is completely visible from all sites! We enjoyed the large community fire pit as well! Overall we had the best time at Garden of Eden and will definitely be returning soon!!

We love camping at GOE! The sites are so nice- all FHU and nice clean gravel (no mud 😊)! Great land for letting your kids and dogs run to their hearts content. We love how safe and private the property is plus the fire pit overlooking the pond makes for the best evenings.

Weekend Trip to By the water

The property was just as expected. Yes the roosters and vehicles were heard but you got used to it. We had several ducks enjoying the pond in the early mornings. A couple of deer crossed the field between the barn and the roadway early Saturday morning. Several Bass were caught in the pond at the far end near the little pond. The dogs enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pond. We had a great time at the fire pit with our family overlooking the pond. We thank our host Wendy/Adam for sharing their property with us, we had a Great Time! Small suggestion would be to have clear numbers on the mail box on both sides. Thanks Again, Dewayne!
